What I can do for the disaster-stricken area right now. Kumamoto Prefecture is accepting donations.
Every time I see news about a disaster, I wonder, "Is there anything I can do?"
Going to the site to volunteer is not something everyone can do. (Depending on the timing, it can sometimes be a burden to the local government.)
I myself am limited in what I can do right now.
However, I thought it was more important to provide the small support I can rather than doing nothing, so I decided to donate to the relief fund being accepted by Kumamoto Prefecture.
I cannot donate a large amount of money.
But I believe that if many people bring their feelings of "wanting to help even a little," it will become a great support for those affected by the disaster.
Kumamoto Prefecture is accepting donations to support those affected by the disaster.
For detailed information on how to donate and official information, please check the official Kumamoto Prefecture website.

I think there are various ways to donate.
I chose the official local government portal because I can verify the flow of the donations myself and the destination is clear. (I don't really trust the media 😅)
I think what is important is to check information you can trust and act within your own means.
Disasters can happen to anyone at any time.
The small support we can provide today might one day become the strength that helps someone.
If every Japanese person donated 100 yen, it would simply calculate to about 12 billion yen in support.
Even if the burden on each individual is small, if the goodwill of many people gathers, it becomes a great force.
I think donations should be within a reasonable range.
I hope this article serves as an opportunity for you to learn about the Kumamoto Prefecture relief fund.
I sincerely wish for the earliest possible recovery and reconstruction for everyone affected by the disaster.
