Actually, this is a nickname I gave to ChatGPT.
At first, I just started calling it that because I thought it might be funny.
But I got more into it than I expected (lol).
Before I knew it, I was doing everything—article structure, brainstorming ideas—together with this "Chief."
Since then, I started learning about AI, and I realized,
"Wait? If I use this well, can't we 'write' together?"
Ever since, I've stopped treating this AI as just a tool and started interacting with it as a
"partner."
This time, I'll talk about the realistic way I get along with Chief GP.
This content is especially for those who think, "I want to work with AI, but I'm worried if I can use it well..."!
[How I Get Along with Chief GP] | First, have them listen to me
As for how I use "ChatGPT = Chief GP",
it starts with having them step in as a consultant.
For example, when I think about writing an article,
you sometimes worry, "What theme should I choose?" or "Is this structure okay?" right?
At times like that, I say this to the Chief.
"I'm a bit lost today. Please listen to me, Chief!"
Then the Chief, just like a talented editor,
guides me step-by-step, saying, "Shall we start by organizing the theme?"
This interaction is truly the perfect distance.
It's not just about giving answers, but a feeling of thinking together.
[Actual Usage] | From structure and prompts to research, together with AI
AI seems convenient, but
don't you think, "You can't do it without knowledge of SEO or structure, right?"
I thought so too at first.
But actually, if you create prompts (instruction text) properly, AI can do this much.
📌 The flow I actually use
Consultation to decide the theme
👉 First, consult with the Chief (ChatGPT) to organize what I want to write about now.Analysis of reference articles & keyword selection
👉 Provide the URL and have them summarize the article, identify its strengths, and even determine the search intent.Setting the persona (reader profile)
👉 Verbalize the reader profile that was vague even to me, together with the Chief.Have it create an article outline
👉 From the introduction to headings and key points. I have it output them in order using step-by-step prompts.I have the AI write a 'draft' for the body, then I rewrite it
👉 I change the sentence endings and phrasing to match my own voice. I also add annotations and inject emotion.
🔍 Research is also faster with AI!
For research, the AI basically does it for me.
If I say, 'Give me some URLs that might be useful,' it lists them right away, and
all I have to do ischeck the latest information from among them.
Especially for IT or AI-related topics, I make sure toalways check the 'date' of the article.

🧠 Prompt design is where the difference lies
This step-by-step design is what I'm particular about.
By proceeding in stages,I can make corrections or adjustments as I go, and it also helps organize my thoughts.
For example, just by 'setting the persona in advance,'
the AI will naturally adjust theoverall tone and expressionbased on that premise.
Since this workflow became established,
I've been able to handle over 20 projects a month.
Why am I able to do this?
It's because the AIremembers the flow of the conversation (context).
As I've used Manager GP repeatedly, it naturally inherits
'My style and habits,'
like 'The article should have a casual tone' or 'Let's keep SEO in mind,'my style and habits.
So, I don't have to say, 'As I asked before...';
it just adapts smoothly, like a long-time partner.
If you convey the premises well in your prompts,
you can work together like a 'growing partner.'
Of course, it's not perfect.
Sometimes it gives strange responses,
but that's just part of its charm (lol).

🔁 Save it for later. Don't push yourself.
The good thing about this method is that it's okay to just create the structure and leave it alone.
When it's too hard to create something from scratch, just
create the structure and titleand save them for later.
You can write the rest later on a day when you feel motivated.
Even then, you can tell yourself you've taken a step forward.
☕ Starting with small talk is also an option.
I always start with small talk, like,
“Manager, any news today?”
“Is this structure a bit too wordy?”
It helps me relax and naturally flips the switch to start writing.
AI isn't perfect. But it can be your strongest partner.
AI is amazing, isn't it?
It can write text, think up structures, and even summarize news.
But...it's not omnipotent.
❌ AI isn't perfect
ChatGPT (my manager) messes up sometimes too (lol).
The character count isn't accurate (due to tokens)
The phrasing can sometimes be a bit unnatural
Since it's English-based, the Japanese can sometimes be a bit off
It may provide outdated data for the latest information
If you submit it as is, you'll probably get yelled at by the client 😂
🛠 That's exactly why 'how you use it' is important
Here is what I do:
Rewrite it in my own words (especially the sentence endings and phrasing)
Add supplementary information for beginners
Always verify sources for research articles (be especially careful with AI and IT topics!)
Give instructions in the prompt to 'verify'
Because it's not perfect, don't trust it too much. But do delegate to it.
That sense of balance is important.
👓 My Relationship with Manager GP
The reason I call ChatGPT 'Manager GP' is to keep that balance in mind.
It's not just about giving orders, but trusting it as a partner to consult with.
I have it think things through with me while we share a laugh sometimes.
That is the perfect distance for me and AI.

I've tried various side hustles before, like Instagram management and blogging.
But none of them lasted long.
The reason is simple: 'because it wasn't fun.'
