[Dokodemo AI-kun] Updated! Added 4-panel manga feature—the era where you can create manga just by entering a theme has arrived
I have an announcement. Dokodemo AI-kun has been updated.
The highlight of this update is, without a doubt, the "4-panel manga creation feature." You can set up characters in detail and automatically generate a 4-panel manga just by entering a theme. Moreover, you can create them using either Gemini or ChatGPT.
For those of you thinking, "Wait, AI-generated manga? Is the quality actually okay?"—honestly, I understand that feeling. I thought the same thing at first. But when you actually use it, it produces a 4-panel manga that is much better than you'd imagine. Of course, it's not commercial manga quality, but it's more than enough for a 4-panel strip to accompany a note article or blog post.
In this article, I will explain the details and usage of the newly added 4-panel manga feature step-by-step. In addition, I will also review the existing features, so if you're wondering, "What is Dokodemo AI-kun?", please be sure to read on.
By reading this article, you will be able to write articles with 4-panel manga starting today. It doesn't matter if you can't draw or have no knowledge of manga. The AI does everything for you.
What is "Dokodemo AI-kun" in the first place?
First, for those who don't know Dokodemo AI-kun, let me explain briefly.
Dokodemo AI-kun is an AI integration app that runs on your desktop. It is built with Electron. It supports Windows and allows you to use five AIs—Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Copilot—switching between them with a single click.
Normally, trying to use AI involves the hassle of accessing each website, switching tabs, logging in, and so on. With Dokodemo AI-kun, you just switch tabs within a single window. Plus, you can keep it resident on the edge of your screen, so it doesn't get in the way of your work.
"I want to use AI daily, but opening a browser every time is a pain"—this app was created for people like that.
The basic concept of Dokodemo AI-kun
The concept is simple: "Making AI more accessible and easier to use.".
Everyone knows AI is convenient. But there are still few people who are actually using AI heavily every day. Why? Because it's a hassle. Opening a browser, typing a URL, logging in, thinking of a prompt... When these "little hassles" pile up, you end up not using AI at all.
Dokodemo AI-kun was created to eliminate all those "little hassles." Because it's always on your desktop, you can talk to the AI the moment you think of it. You can also save prompts, so you don't have to type the same thing every time. It also supports automatic text input, so there's no need for long copy-pastes.
Transforming AI from a "tool you use occasionally" into an "assistant always by your side." That is what Dokodemo AI-kun aims to be.
This update: The full picture of the 4-panel manga feature
Now, here is the main topic. I will explain in detail about the 4-panel manga creation feature added in this update.
In conclusion, this feature consists of the following three steps.
Character Settings—Set face, hair, body type, and clothing in detail
Character Sheet Generation—Generate standing illustrations and facial expression variations for the set character
4-Panel Manga Generation—Complete a 4-panel manga just by entering a theme
Let's take a closer look at each.
Step 1: Character Settings
To make a 4-panel manga, you first need a character. With Dokodemo AI-kun, you can set the character's appearance in surprisingly fine detail.

The items you can set are like this.
Face: Face shape (round, oval, inverted triangle, etc.), eye size/shape/color, nose shape, mouth shape, eyebrow thickness/angle, skin color
Hair: Length (short, medium, long), color (black, brown, blonde, pink, anything goes), hairstyle (straight, wavy, ponytail, twin tails, etc.), presence of bangs
Body Type: Height (tall, average, short), build (slim, average, sturdy), proportions
Clothing: Tops, bottoms, shoes, accessories, coloring. You can set anything from uniforms, casual, formal, to fantasy styles
You might think, "Is it really necessary to set things this precisely?" Yes, it is.
The reason is that when you have AI generate images, if the settings are vague, a different character will appear every time. If the person in the first panel looks completely different from the one in the fourth, it no longer works as a manga. Detailed settings are necessary to maintain character consistency.
The settings screen uses a format where you select parameters on the UI, so there's nothing difficult about it. Just click through using pull-downs and sliders. In less than 5 minutes, your own original character will be complete.
Step 2: Character Sheet Generation
Once character settings are finished, the next step is character sheet generation.
What is a character sheet? Simply put, it is a "visual reference table" for that character. It is used in anime and manga production sites, and is a sheet that summarizes the character's full-body view and expression patterns.
With Dokodemo AI-kun, the following character sheet is automatically generated.
4 types of standing illustrations: Front, side, front-angle, back-angle. Illustrations showing the full body
5 facial expressions: smiling, angry, sad, surprised, and normal. 5 facial expression variations in a close-up of the same character
This character sheet is used as reference information when generating the 4-koma manga later. In other words, because the AI draws the manga while looking at the character sheet, the character's appearance does not waver. The protagonist in the first panel and the protagonist in the fourth panel look like the same person.
This is the technical key to this update. If you simply instruct the AI to 'draw the same character' in a prompt, it will draw a slightly different person every time. By providing the character sheet as a reference image, we ensure consistency.
Step 3: Mechanism to maintain characters through GEM integration
What is important here is the integration with GEM (Gems).
GEM is one of the features of Gemini, a mechanism that allows you to save customized AI behavior. In Anywhere AI, by registering character information in this GEM, you can continue to create manga with the same character even across sessions.
With a normal AI chat, every time you start a new session, you have to explain, 'This character has a round face, brown ponytail hair...' every single time. If you register it in GEM, that hassle becomes zero.
The specific flow is as follows.
Set up a character in Anywhere AI
A character sheet is generated
Character information is automatically registered to GEM
From then on, just by using that GEM to generate manga, the same character is maintained
'No matter how many times you make a manga, the same character appears'—this may look subtle, but it is a tremendously huge step forward. This is because the biggest problem for people who have tried to create manga with AI until now has been 'character consistency'.
Step 4: Generate a 4-koma manga by entering a theme
Once the character is ready, it is finally time to make the manga. All you have to do is enter a theme.
For example, enter a theme like this.
'Monday morning, turning off the alarm and going back to sleep'
'The result of having AI write an article for the first time'
'Everyday life being woken up by a cat'
'How to spend the day before a deadline'
"Received a cake while on a diet"

When you enter a theme, the AI thinks up a story (introduction, development, twist, and conclusion) and generates 4-panel images while referring to a character sheet. The time required is roughly 1 to 3 minutes. From entering the theme to completion, that is truly all it takes.
Moreover, you can generate them with either Gemini or ChatGPT. Gemini tends to be faster, but some people prefer the art style of ChatGPT (DALL-E). You should try both and choose the one that suits you best.
My personal recommendation is to create a draft with Gemini and then polish it with ChatGPT. Gemini is good at composition and story structure, while ChatGPT tends to have cleaner image details. However, since you can often get satisfactory quality in one go, please try it with one AI first.
How to make 4-panel manga: A practical guide
From here on, I will explain the actual operation steps step-by-step.If you follow these, your first 4-panel manga will be finished within 10 minutes.
Step 1: Launch Dokodemo AI-kun
First, launch Dokodemo AI-kun. Double-click the desktop shortcut or launch it from the taskbar. It should be resident at the edge of your screen.
Once launched, please select "Create 4-Panel Manga" from the menu. A dedicated creation screen will open.
Step 2: Set up characters
When you open the 4-panel manga creation screen, the character settings screen will be displayed first.
Here, you will set the face, hair, body type, and clothing explained earlier. Since you can operate it intuitively with pull-downs and sliders, you shouldn't get lost.
I will share a few tips for settings.
Make the design simple. Characters with many decorations are difficult for the AI to reproduce. Simple clothing and hairstyles make it easier to maintain consistency
Include one distinctive point. For example, "red glasses" or a "trademark scarf." This makes it easier for the AI to identify the character
Choose vivid colors. Since 4-panel manga are often viewed in small images, dull colors won't stand out
Start with presets at first. If creating from scratch is a hassle, you can just make fine adjustments based on the provided preset characters
Step 3: Generate a character sheet
Once you have finished setting up the character, click the "Generate Character Sheet" button.
The AI generates 4 types of character standing poses and 5 types of expressions. Generation takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute. The completed character sheet is displayed as a preview, so you can regenerate it if you are not satisfied.
The point here is to not seek perfection. Since AI image generation is a probabilistic process, it is rare to get a perfect 100-point character sheet on the first try. However, getting something around 80 points is sufficient. Let's accept that slight inconsistencies in the character across the 4 panels are part of the charm of AI illustrations.
The generated character sheet is automatically saved and can be reused in the future. Once you have created a character, you can have them appear in manga as many times as you like.
Step 4: Register to GEM
Once the character sheet is complete, register it to GEM. This may happen automatically, or you may need to manually press the "Register to GEM" button.
By registering to GEM, the AI "remembers" the character's appearance information. You will be able to create manga with the same character in subsequent sessions.
Registered GEMs can be checked from the Gemini tab. Since a GEM is created for each character, it is possible to use multiple characters. For example, you can assemble a cast for a manga series, such as a "GEM for the protagonist," "GEM for a friend character," and "GEM for a boss character."
Step 5: Enter a theme and generate
Finally, the main event. Just enter a theme in the theme input field and press the "Generate" button.
Here are some more specific examples of theme inputs:
Short theme: "Getting sleepy during a meeting"
Specific theme: "A new engineer gets discouraged after receiving their first code review. But they recover thanks to a senior's support"
Topic only: "Coffee"
Emotion-based: "The sense of relief on a Friday night"
Themes can be short or long. If you enter a short theme, the AI will freely come up with a story. If you enter a longer theme, the story is more likely to follow your intentions. If you are not used to it, you are more likely to be satisfied with the results if you enter a specific theme.
When you press the generate button, the AI performs the following processes:
Constructs a story with a beginning, development, twist, and conclusion from the theme
Generates scene descriptions for each panel (character placement, background, dialogue)
Generates the 4-panel images one by one while referring to the character sheet
Places the dialogue into the images to complete it
The required time is 1 to 3 minutes. Once generation is complete, a preview of the 4-koma manga will be displayed. If you don't like it, you can try again as many times as you want with the 'Regenerate' button.
Step 6: Save
The completed 4-koma manga can be saved as an image by right-clicking. It is saved in PNG format, so you can upload it directly to note or your blog.
There are two ways to save.
Save as a single 4-koma image: Saves as a single image with the four panels arranged vertically. This is convenient for posting on social media or blogs
Save each panel individually: Saves each panel as a separate image file. Use this when you want to adjust the layout yourself
Both formats can be uploaded directly to note. I will explain in detail later, but inserting a 4-koma manga into a note article is truly easy.
Should you generate with Gemini or ChatGPT?
The 4-koma manga feature of Dokodemo AI-kun supports both Gemini and ChatGPT. Let's compare their features.
When generating with Gemini
Fast speed. Generation of 4 panels often finishes in around 1 minute
Native integration with GEM. Since GEM is a feature of Gemini, the transfer of character information is smooth
Stability of composition. The manga-style panel layout composition is relatively stable
Large free tier. Gemini can be used quite a bit for free, making it easy to experiment
When generating with ChatGPT (DALL-E)
Beautiful image details. Especially the depiction of facial expressions and fashion is meticulous
Wide range of art styles. There are many styles you can specify, such as anime-style, watercolor-style, and comic-style
Natural placement of dialogue. There is a tendency for the balance between speech bubbles and text to be good
DALL-E 3 image quality. In terms of pure image quality, I have the impression that DALL-E 3 is one step ahead
My recommendation
To be honest, I recommend trying it with Gemini first. The reasons are speed and the free tier. Since you'll be doing a lot of trial and error, it's mentally easier to use something fast with a large free tier.
Once you get used to making manga with Gemini, I think it's a good balance to use ChatGPT when you want to put extra effort into a specific piece. Daily use with Gemini, and ChatGPT for when it really counts. That kind of selective use is best.
Of course, everyone has different preferences for art styles, so trying both and comparing them is the best way. With Dokodemo AI-kun, you can use both AIs just by switching tabs, so the hurdle for comparison should be low.
Reviewing existing features—it's not just about 4-panel manga, the true power of Dokodemo AI-kun
Since the talk about the 4-panel manga feature got long, let's review the existing features here. Dokodemo AI-kun is not a 4-panel manga tool, but an AI-integrated desktop app. The manga feature is just one of the new features.
Feature 1: One-click switching between 5 AIs
This is the core feature of Dokodemo AI-kun. You can switch between 5 AIs—Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Copilot—with a single click.
If you try to use these 5 AIs normally, you have to open 5 tabs (or windows), log in to each, and go back and forth. With Dokodemo AI-kun, you just click tabs within a single window.
Moreover, each AI's session is maintained. The content you were discussing with ChatGPT won't disappear even if you switch to the Gemini tab and come back. You can use 5 AIs in parallel.
Here are some actual use cases.
Have Claude write the body of an article while having ChatGPT suggest titles
Research the latest information with Gemini while getting opinions from a different perspective with Grok
Ask coding questions to Copilot while consulting with Claude on design policies
This kind of "cross-functional use of AI" being done with zero stress is its biggest feature.
Feature 2: Automatic text input (Trace and auto-input)
This is subtle but an incredibly convenient feature.
Dokodemo AI-kun has a feature called "Trace and auto-input." Just by selecting (tracing) text, that text is automatically copied to the AI's input field and sent.
For example, suppose you are reading a website and think, "I want this text summarized." Normally, you would copy the text, go to the AI site, paste it, and type "summarize this."
With trace and auto-input, you just select the text. It is automatically sent to Dokodemo AI-kun, and the AI starts processing. The three steps of copying, switching tabs, and pasting are eliminated.
For those who send text to AI dozens of times a day, this time-saving effect is significant.
Feature 3: Prompt Save Function
A feature that allows you to save frequently used prompts and call them up with a single click.
For example, I have saved the following prompts:
“Please summarize the following text within 500 characters in a polite (desu/masu) style.”
“Please suggest 10 article titles for note based on the following theme. Make them high-click-through rate.”
“Please correct any typos or omissions in the following text. Indicate the corrections in bold.”
“Please find and fix the bugs in the following code. Also, explain the reason for the corrections.”
It is tedious to type these prompts manually every time, and if the wording changes slightly, the AI's output also changes. By saving them, you can always use prompts of the same quality. Plus, since you can call them up with a single click, it only takes a few seconds.
Prompts can also be categorized, and you can edit or delete them at any time. You can build your own 'Prompt Library'.
Feature 4: Right-click to save/copy images
You can save or copy images generated by AI directly from the right-click menu.
This is especially convenient when generating images with ChatGPT or Gemini. In a normal browser, it can take several steps to save an image generated by AI. With Dokodemo AI-kun, it's just one right-click.
When combined with the 4-koma manga feature, you can generate a manga, save it with a right-click, and upload it to note—making the workflow smooth.
Feature 5: 5 types of themes
The UI (appearance) of Dokodemo AI-kun can be chosen from 5 types of themes.
Dark mode, light mode, blue-based, green-based, and purple-based. You can use the eye-friendly dark mode for late-night work, or the bright light mode for daytime use.
You might think, 'Aren't themes just about appearance?', but the appearance of an app you use for hours every day is important. Just setting it to your favorite theme changes your mood when using it. It's a subtle but important point.
How to utilize 4-koma manga for note or blogs
Now that you can create 4-koma manga, how to utilize them is important. It would be a waste to just make them and be satisfied.
Use Case 1: Inserting 4-panel manga into note articles
This is the simplest and most effective way to use it. Insert 4-panel manga at the beginning of note articles or at section breaks.
Note articles can be hard to read if they are just text. Especially for those reading on smartphones, the moment they see a long block of text, they think, 'It's too long...' and leave. When a 4-panel manga is inserted there, it becomes a visual accent that makes it easier for readers to continue reading.
Here are some recommended specific insertion points.
Beginning of the article: Express the article's theme with a 4-panel manga. A hook to grab the reader's interest
Start of each section: Insert a 4-panel manga when entering a new topic. Visually indicate a shift in topic
End of the article: Use a 4-panel manga to provide a punchline instead of a summary. It improves the post-reading experience
To insert images in note, simply select an image using the '+' button on the article editing screen. You can just upload the 4-panel manga image saved with Dokodemo AI-kun as is.
Use Case 2: Creating a series on social media
Create a 4-panel manga every day with the same character and post it on social media. This tends to go viral surprisingly easily.
The reason is that people develop an attachment to the character. They see it and think, 'Oh, it's this character again.' It's easy to gain followers.
On Twitter, just posting one 4-panel manga a day can lead to significant engagement. Especially 'relatable' 4-panel manga are easy to empathize with and get retweeted.
For example, you could consider series like these:
'Freelance Relatables'—The daily life of a remote worker in 4 panels
'I Tried Using AI'—A 4-panel series of making unreasonable requests to AI
'Life with a Cat'—Relatable cat owner moments
'Daily Life of a New Employee'—The reality of the first year on the job
Since the character is registered in GEM, the same character appears throughout the series. This is important. If the character is different every time, it doesn't feel like a series.
Use Case 3: Using it as a blog eye-catching image
Using a 4-panel manga as a blog eye-catching image is also effective.
Sometimes eye-catching images are displayed in Google search results, and 4-panel manga thumbnails are eye-catching. They tend to have a higher click-through rate than text-only thumbnails or free stock photos.
This is because humans are wired to react to "manga." Japanese people are especially so. When manga panels enter one's field of vision, eyes stop unconsciously. There is no reason not to take advantage of this psychology.
Application 4: As added value for paid note articles
People who sell paid articles on note can use 4-panel manga as added value.
Compared to text-only paid articles, paid articles with 4-panel manga feel like a "better deal." It is easier to increase buyer satisfaction.
Specifically, insert a 4-panel manga at the beginning of each chapter of a paid article. If you structure it to preview the chapter's content in 4 panels, it also becomes motivation to keep reading.
Application 5: Create LINE stickers
It's a slightly more advanced way to use it, but it is also possible to create LINE stickers with characters made in Dokodemo AI-kun.
Since facial expression variations (smile, anger, sadness, surprise, normal) are generated on the character sheet, you can create images for LINE stickers based on those. If you additionally generate images with text like "Thank you," "Good night," or "Understood," the sticker set is complete.
LINE stickers can be sold at a price starting from 120 yen per set, and it's fun just to use them yourself. Having the characters from your 4-panel manga become LINE stickers is irresistible for fans.
Tips for mastering the 4-panel manga feature
Here, I will summarize tips for mastering the 4-panel manga feature. I will share what I learned after actually making dozens of 4-panel comics.

Tip 1: It is better to include "emotion" in the theme
Rather than "drinking coffee," "feeling relieved after drinking coffee" makes for a better 4-panel comic. When emotion is included, ups and downs are created in the story.
AI is good at creating "introduction, development, twist, and conclusion," but if the theme lacks emotional ups and downs, it tends to become a flat 4-panel comic. "Happy," "sad," "surprised," "angry"—anything is fine, but if you include one emotion, the AI will build the story around that emotion.
Tip 2: It is interesting to have two or more characters
Rather than a 4-panel comic with one character, a 4-panel comic where two or more characters talk is more likely to be interesting.
Just like in manzai comedy, having a straight man and a funny man relationship adds movement to the 4-panel comic. If you create 2-3 characters and register each of their GEMs, you can create a wide variety of manga.
Tip 3: Don't be afraid to regenerate
It is rare to get a perfect 4-panel manga on the first try.You will feel less stressed if you plan to regenerate 3 to 5 times.
Even with the same theme, you will get different stories and images each time you regenerate. You can find the good parts, like 'I like the third panel of this version' or 'The punchline in the fourth panel of this version is funny,' and just adopt the set you like best.
Tip 4: Keep dialogue short
Dialogue in 4-panel manga should be short. One to two sentences per panel is ideal.
When left to AI, dialogue can sometimes become long. If you add 'keep dialogue short' when entering the theme, you will get a clean 4-panel manga.
Tip 5: Periodically review your characters
The characters you created first aren't necessarily the best. After making dozens of manga, if you think 'I should make the hair color a bit brighter' or 'I should add glasses,' thenupdate your characters.
Regenerating character sheets is quick, and updating GEMs is easy. If you use them with the feeling of raising your characters, you will grow more and more attached to them.
Why AI 4-panel manga now—a strategy for content differentiation
I'm going to talk about something a bit bigger. Why we added the 4-panel manga feature to Anywhere AI this time. I'd like to share the thinking behind it.
An era where text-only content gets buried
As of 2026, writing articles with AI has become commonplace. If you use ChatGPT, anyone can write articles of decent quality. This means thatyou cannot differentiate with text alone.
Even looking at note, it's overflowing with articles on similar themes. 'How to use ChatGPT,' 'How to make a side income with AI'—similar titles, similar content. From the reader's perspective, they all look the same.
That is where the point of differentiation becomesvisual content. In particular, 4-panel manga is one of the easiest ways to add personality to text articles.
Manga is content that 'gets read'
Japanese people have a culture of reading manga. Long text gets skipped, but4-panel manga gets read to the end.
This can also be explained psychologically; manga processes both 'visual information' and 'text information' at the same time. Because the load on the brain is low, it is easier to read than text-only articles. Moreover, since 4-panel manga are short, you can finish reading one in 10 seconds.'Content that can be read in 10 seconds' is the strongest.
'I can't draw' is no longer an excuse
Until now, there were many people who said, 'I want to make 4-panel manga, but I can't draw.' But with AI, you can create manga even if you can't draw.
The 4-panel manga feature of Dokodemo AI-kun was designed with the goal of enabling people who cannot draw to create manga content. Character settings are selected via the UI, and a manga is completed just by entering a theme. No drawing skills are required at all.
I believe this is a revolutionary change for content creators. People who could previously only create text will now be able to create manga content as well. The range of expression will expand all at once.
I actually tried making some—Introduction to 4-panel manga examples
Since there is no point in just talking about the theory, I will introduce some examples of 4-panel manga I actually created.
Example 1: 'I tried having an AI write an article'

Theme: 'A blogger tries having an AI write an article for the first time, and feels discouraged because it's better than their own'
Panel 1: The protagonist is in front of their computer, full of spirit, saying, "Alright, let's have an AI write an article." Panel 2: The AI instantly generates a 10,000-character article. The protagonist is surprised, saying, "That was fast!" Panel 3: The protagonist reads the article and is shocked, thinking, "Wow, it's better than mine..." Panel 4: The protagonist encourages themselves, saying, "But I was the one who wrote the prompt for this article!"
This topic is a relatable scenario that anyone who writes articles with AI can understand. These kinds of relatable 4-panel comics are easily shared on social media.
Example 2: 'The result of asking 5 AIs the same question'

Theme: 'I asked 5 AIs "What's a recommended lunch?" and they all gave different answers'
Panel 1: The protagonist asks 5 AIs a question using Dokodemo AI-kun. Panel 2: Claude says, "Considering nutritional balance, a set meal is recommended," and ChatGPT says, "There is an Italian place nearby with a 4.5 rating." Panel 3: Gemini says, "I found a discount lunch coupon for today," and Grok says, "Lunch? Such a thing is unnecessary." Panel 4: The protagonist feels deflated, saying, "In the end, I have to decide for myself..."
It's interesting because the "personality" of each AI comes through. AI-related relatable content really hits home with the AI-loving crowd.
Example 3: 'The day before the deadline'
Theme: 'Starting to clean the room the day before the manuscript deadline'
Panel 1: The protagonist sits at their desk, saying, "The deadline is tomorrow, okay, I'll focus!" Panel 2: They suddenly notice the dirt in the room. "...I'll clean for just a little bit." Panel 3: They become absorbed in cleaning. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are all sparkling clean. Panel 4: 2:00 AM. The protagonist faces the manuscript in the sparkling clean room. "The room is clean. The manuscript remains blank."
This is a relatable topic that hits home for everyone. It became a good 4-panel comic filled with the sorrow of deadline-driven humans.
Future update plans
Tentative plans only
We have taken a big step forward with the release of the 4-panel manga feature, but updates will continue. Here are some of the features we are planning for the future.
Plan 1: Manga style selection feature
Currently, 4-panel manga are generated in a standard anime style, but in the future, we plan to allow you to choose the art style. Options will include watercolor, monochrome manga, overseas comic, and deformed styles.
If you can change the art style to match the atmosphere of your note or blog, the range of expression will expand even further. You will be able to use different styles, such as a simple monochrome style for business articles and a colorful anime style for entertainment articles.
Plan 2: Batch management of multiple characters
Currently, there is one character per GEM, but we plan to add a character management screen so that you can manage multiple characters in a list.
You will be able to assemble a cast for each series, such as 'using characters A, B, and C for this series' or 'using characters D and E for that series'.
Plan 3: Story templates
For those who find it troublesome to think of a theme every time, we plan to provide story templates. By simply choosing a template from categories such as 'daily life occurrences,' 'workplace comedy,' 'romance,' or 'fantasy,' a 4-panel story will be suggested.
You can customize based on the template, or use it as is. This should be very useful for people who post 4-panel manga every day.
Plan 4: Support for 8-panel and 16-panel formats
Currently, it is fixed at 4 panels, but we plan to support longer manga of 8 or 16 panels. This can be used when you want to turn more complex stories into manga.
In the future, it might even be possible to include manga of 10 pages or more in paid note articles.
Frequently Asked Questions
I will answer some frequently asked questions about the 4-panel manga feature in advance.
Q: Is it really okay if I don't have an artistic sense?
A: No problem at all. Character settings are just selected via the UI, and manga generation is just entering a theme. There is no drawing process involved at all. Anyone who can move a mouse can use it, regardless of artistic talent.
Q: What happens to the copyright of the generated manga?
A: The copyright of AI-generated images currently has some legal ambiguity. However, it is generally considered acceptable to post them on personal blogs or note. If you are considering commercial use (such as publishing books or creating merchandise), please check the terms of service of the AI you are using.
Q: How many manga can I create in a day?
A: It depends on the AI's usage limits. With Gemini's free plan, you should be able to create dozens per day. With a ChatGPT Plus subscription, you can easily create dozens as well. With paid plans, you can create a virtually unlimited number.
Q: Is character consistency really maintained?
A: It is not perfect, but it is maintained with quite high accuracy.Through the combination of character sheets and GEM, hairstyles, hair colors, clothing, and facial features are generally consistent. However, subtle angles and nuances in facial expressions may change slightly from panel to panel. This is a current limitation of AI image generation, which should be improved by future technological advancements.
Q: Can I also create manga with Grok or Copilot?
A: At this time, 4-panel manga generation is supported for Gemini and ChatGPT.The image generation features of Grok and Copilot have not yet reached the accuracy required for manga generation, so we have decided not to support them for now. We will consider supporting them depending on future updates from the AI providers.
How to get the update
This update will be automatically delivered to existing users. When you launch Dokodemo AI-kun, an update notification will appear. Click "Update Now" to update to the latest version in a few seconds.
If you are not yet using Dokodemo AI-kun, please take this opportunity to try it out. You can use all features, including the 4-panel manga function.
Dokodemo AI-kun continues to be updated daily with the concept of "making AI more accessible and easier to use." If you have any requests for new features or bug reports, we are always waiting for your feedback. User voices are the biggest driving force in growing the app.
