[O-MENZ Live Report] 2025.5.24-25 Solo Live "ALL IN" @ LINE CUBE SHIBUYA (Shibuya Public Hall)

O-MENZ's solo live concert "ALL IN" was held over two days on Saturday, May 24, and Sunday, May 25, 2025, at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA (Shibuya Public Hall).

*O-MENZ is a five-member dance performance group formed in 2020. The professional street dancers wear masks to hide their identities while performing. Please refer to the following for more details.

A two-day event at a venue with a larger capacity than their previous solo concert

In 2024, O-MENZ successfully completed their first solo nationwide tour, "AREA ROCK." This "ALL IN" concert was originally planned as a one-day event on May 24, but there were more applications than available seats during the pre-sale period, to the point where the official account announced that there might not be a general ticket sale. It is said that the total number of applications exceeded 5,000. In response to this, an additional performance on May 25 was announced at the fan meeting on December 30, 2024.

The capacity of Zepp Shinjuku, used for the "AREA ROCK" finale, is 1,500 in an all-standing configuration. Since the front section was seated, the actual number of attendees that day must have been lower. In contrast, the capacity of LINE CUBE SHIBUYA, the venue for this "ALL IN" concert, is 1,956 seats, and both days were sold out. Although some fans attended both days, this means approximately 4,000 people were mobilized over the two days.

*I watched the first day via stream and the second day in person. From here on, I will proceed with the live report focusing on the second day, while also touching on the differences from the first day. Please note that the images in the main text are screenshots from the first day's stream, so the images are from the first day, while the report covers the content of the second day.

Before the show starts

Next to LINE CUBE SHIBUYA is a park (labeled as "Civil Garden" on Google Maps), which was used for waiting and lining up before the doors opened.

When you step into the hall, the decorations hanging on the sides of the 2nd and 3rd-floor seats catch your eye. The comment in Hannya's tweet below, "This is the first time in the history of this venue that they've gone this far," likely refers to these decorations.

Opening: Appearing in new suit costumes

The live title "ALL IN" means betting everything in gambling such as poker. The theme this time is "Casino". The story begins with the opening movie.

Kumadori helps a young man (played by Kodai Niwa) who is being chased by debt collectors and wandering the streets.

Hearing the young man's information that "there is a diamond with a market capitalization of 4 billion yen in the underground casino," the five of them get excited. The five of them were projected on the screen in suits inspired by their respective member colors. This member-color suit costume was unveiled for the first time this time. Screams of joy went up.

When the video ended, the silhouettes of the five appeared on the gauze curtain hung in front of the stage.

When the gauze curtain was dropped and the five appeared, the audience erupted. The first song was not an existing performance, and the author did not know the song title, but the voltage in the venue rose rapidly with the intense rhythm. (The song in the video below is the first song of the live concert)

Moving straight into the second song, "My Pockets Flooded". This is a performance commonly known among the members as "New O-MENZ." They showed off perfectly synchronized dancing to the cool club sound.

This is the first MC. They started with their standard self-introductions. The line in Hannya's self-introduction, "I'm going to turn you all into mentaiko (spicy cod roe) today," was changed to "I'm going to turn you all into a game of Seven Bridge on the first day, and 'I'm going to turn you all into a game of Pig's Tail on the second day". Both are card games. In the opening movie, Agata also had a line saying, "Me! I want to play Old Maid!," so it seems to be a choice in line with the "casino" theme.

The five were excited, saying, "Yesterday (the first day) was amazing!" They asked for cheers from the 3rd floor, 2nd floor, and 1st floor respectively, and were surprised by the volume. "What did you eat for lunch to get a voice like that?" "The voices are amazing! Is it because it's the final?" They were in the middle of the excitement, but they took a photo here. It seems they forgot to take a photo in their suit costumes on the first day. They took the photo with the call of Hannya saying "All" and the audience saying "In."

Saying "There's no point in just chatting," they moved on to the dance. On the first day, it was "Semper Fi" (commonly known as New POP), and on the second day, it was "Hot for a Min" (commonly known as Cyberpunk). Then they performed live staples one after another, starting with "Let's go". In "Let's go", the call of "Let's go, Let's go, Let's go, Let's go" in the chorus echoed throughout the hall.

Solo Corner: Stylish Dancing Where Individuality Shines

Hannya

Everyone left the stage, and the solo performances began. The stage this time had an upper stage about 2 meters high at the back, with stairs in the center. It seemed there were three lifts on the upper stage. Hannya, the first one, appeared by jumping up from the center lift. Four backup dancers wearing white masks appeared, and Hannya captivated the audience with his specialty, Krump dance. When the backup dancers were blown away by the choreography of being shot by a machine gun, high-pitched cheers rose from the audience. ※Please refer to the Twitter video for the dance. Okame

Next was Okame. He appeared smoothly while riding the lift, then reached out and made a finger heart. The song was Hoshimachi Suisei's "Caramel Pain". While the smooth waves that make you feel the composure of an adult were impressive, his expressive power, showing intense facial expressions when the song reached its climax, was unique to Okame. Glamorous choreography such as blowing kisses and sidelong glances also caught the eye. The backup dancers seemed to be different for each of the five members, even though they were the same number of people in the same outfits.

Kitsune

Kitsune appeared with a pop-up just like Hannya. After a brilliant landing like a hero, he pinched the front of his unbuttoned jacket and showed a pretentious bow typical of Kitsune. Matching the light and funky brass section of Fleur East's "Sax", he performed a crisp pop dance.

Kumadori

The one who showed the most unexpected dance was Kumadori. Kumadori has a strong image of intense breakdancing, but in this live concert, he appeared coolly while snapping his fingers. In a style with his jacket off, he finished with a smart dance that incorporated house steps and tutting in addition to breaking. Emei's "Crazy Stupid Love" is a light pop song with sweet vocals, which was also an unexpected taste.

Agata

In contrast, Agata attacks with a straightforward, "signature" style. He performs high-speed locking dance moves infused with the funk and soul flavors of The Reddings' "The Awakening Pt.1" and Roy Ayers' "Evolution". Agata also felt like the one with the most polished chemistry with the backup dancers. It was an engaging composition, not just in unison, but with moments where the dancer pointed at by the group would perform a short solo while everyone else froze.

Infiltrate the casino! Steal the diamond

A siren blared at the end of Agata's solo, and the other four members came swarming in from stage right. Four police officers appeared in pursuit, and the five members of O-MENZ disappeared off stage left.

The screen at the back of the upper stage showed footage of them running through city streets. The song was "Tank!".

The five of them took out their pursuers one by one while heading for the casino. The story progressed with the five of them acting out scenes in sync with the video. With the addition of pin-spot lighting mimicking searchlights, it had the atmosphere of a spy or phantom thief movie.

Okame performed a laser act as part of a ruse to deceive the security laser system. It ended with a massive explosion caused by dynamite thrown by Hannya. Having successfully stolen the diamond, they closed the set with 16 backup dancers to "I Like it Loud".

■ Interval: O-MENZ Theater

A video lasting about five minutes was inserted here. It was a skit using still images with dialogue. Since the mission to steal the diamond was a success, the five discussed having an after-party. Agata and Kumadori wanted "flashy outfits," while Kitsune and Okame wanted "outfits that look like O-MENZ." Hannya decided the costumes using playing cards.

On the first day, a red card was drawn, choosing "flashy outfits," and on the second day, a black card was drawn, choosing "outfits that look like O-MENZ."

After-party guest appearance

Following Hannya's song intro in the video, "Tell me your Instagram," the intro to "LALI LALI" began to play. On the first day, they appeared in "cool outfits" that changed into party costumes, and on the second day, they appeared in "O-MENZ-style outfits" that changed into new 2D costumes. Both were unveiled for the first time.

On the second day, there was an MC segment here to introduce the costumes. The "new 2D costumes" are said to be a refined version of the previous "2D costumes." Images of the existing 2D costumes are provided below for comparison.

Agata said the new 2D costume is his favorite. Kumadori spun around on the floor with a power move, showing off the silver fringe on the hem of his pants. Okame also did a turn, showing off his "extra fluttery" look.

On the second day, the show moved on to "JAPAN" . Only on the second day, a surprise guest appeared here. When the spotlight hit the stage during the "Who is behind you?" part, a monk wearing a kesa robe rose up from the stage lift. The venue erupted in its biggest cheer of the day.

This person is the deputy head priest of Kozonji Temple in Gunma, the filming location for the "JAPAN" music video. While being a real head priest of this temple, he is also a krump dancer. In the music video, he surprised O-MENZ fans by suddenly starting to dance after appearing to be just hitting a wooden fish (mokugyo). On this day, he showed off sharp dance moves alongside the members.

When the priest introduced himself by mimicking O-MENZ's self-introduction, saying, "King of Buddha, I am Shuichi Sato," the venue gave him a huge round of applause. He mentioned, "I thought I might get criticized at first..." but he was smiling the whole time on stage. When he started promoting his temple, saying, "We have grave plots available, and we're doing pet memorial services next week!," the members burst into laughter. When Okame said, "Shuichi, you're hilarious (lol)," Hannya chimed in, "You're giving away our relationship (lol)." Finally, he bowed with his hands together and exited via the lift.

The main show reached its final stages. Here, Agata's solo "RESET" was performed (on the first day, it went straight from "LALI LALI" to "RESET" without an MC). It is customary for Agata to be alone on stage for this song, but this time, backup dancers appeared. With a lineup of two men and four women, they performed a dance with a storyline depicting a love affair. It was a sweet choreography where Agata took the female dancers' hands and gently touched their hair.

The song then continued into "BABY" . The sweet original songs continued. The four members reappeared, accompanied by six backup dancers on the upper stage, and danced through the song mellowly. Incidentally, in the following MC, Agata revealed that "one of the backup dancers right now is the person who choreographed 'BABY'."

Main show ends: Counting down together until 80 years from now

After the photo session with the priest, there were two songs left. Before the next song, Agata had a message.

"In a letter I received, it said, 'My new life is tough, but I'll do my best by watching O-MENZ.' I sometimes lose confidence in my dancing and singing, but by being told that, I was able to feel the meaning of my existence here."

The intro to "HERO" began to play. The four members watched over Agata from their respective places on stage. Perhaps because they had practiced repeatedly for the one-man live, Agata's voice sounded clearer than ever. For the phrases starting from "The future is brighter than you think" in the second verse, he pointed at and sang to each person sitting in the front of the first floor as if calling out to them. The falling chorus was sung by the entire audience as usual. A wave of 2,000 red penlights. The singing heard from the 2,000-person audience must have been the loudest ever.

(On the first day, "RED" was sung here instead of "HERO." "HERO" was said to be in the encore.)

Finally, each member gives their closing comments.
Agata: "Let's rev up the engine and head to an even better place. Thank you to all the staff for these two days."

Kitsune: "When I joined as the second generation, I never imagined I'd see a view like this. I'm happy to be surrounded by such warm members and staff."

Kumadori: "We crawled our way up from the streets, the hard way.We are... (Kumadori gets emotional and breaks character), the reason our dance doesn't just become self-satisfaction but turns us into 'performers' is because you are all watching (fails to choose the right ending again). Thank you for making us performers, for making us O-MENZ."

Okame: "Life has its ups and downs, but we have each other. We're comrades, right! You guys love us, don't you? (Audience: 'We love you!') That feels so good!!!"

Hannya: "People say all sorts of things when we're edgy, but... I want to be edgy!! (Okame looks anxious next to him) O-MENZ will disband someday. In 80 years! Let's count down the 80 years until we disband together. Don't die before then, okay?"

At Hannya's signal of 'Ready, go!', the audience unites with the shout of 'O-MEN!'. The final song of the main set,"O-MEN".

The members pour all their remaining strength into dancing, and the audience repeats the 'O-MEN!' call at the top of their lungs. After finishing the dance, the five of them slipped off stage.

■ Announcement of a new project via video

During the time before the encore, a promotional video was played in the venue. With a performance where four face-down playing cards were flipped over one by one, four announcements were made each day.

Please refer to the links for each item for more details. The biggest announcement was the next one-man live in February next year. Tokyo International Forum Hall A has a capacity of 5,000 people, which is more than double that of LINE CUBE where the live was held today. The video production was particularly impressive; the number initially written as "3,000" increased to "4,000" and "5,000" like a pachinko machine sequence, and each time it did, gasps of surprise rose from the audience.

Encore: Leaving it to the numbers on the dice and roulette

At 18:54, the video ended, and as soon as the excited audience began chanting "O-MENZ!" for an encore, "TTT" began to play. They were wearing matching T-shirts with gold lettering on black (mentioned later) over their costumes. Filming was allowed from this point on the second day. Hannya, who came up on the lift, was relaxing while eating something like a rice cracker, but he hurriedly stood up when he realized, "Wait? Where am I?" The other four went into the first-floor seating area. They threw their gloves while walking through the crowd. Hannya had forgotten to throw his gloves here, so while the members were singing "TTT" a cappella after the song ended, he went into the audience to throw his gloves.

And from here, they decided to choose the performance numbers using dice.

Okame threw a large die from the upper level. When it looked like it would land on 2, the members panicked.
Agata: "Seriously, don't."
Kumadori: "Ah! Anything but that!"
(It seems they hadn't practiced "Show".)
Due to Kitsune cheating by poking the die, it landed safely on 5, "FANTASTIC BABY". It's a song with no fixed choreography, consisting of an exchange of solos. Relieved, the members performed their solos freely.

The members who weren't dancing sat on the stairs in the back, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Hannya joked, "I'm glad we released this song!" "FANTASTIC BABY" is a BTS song.

Next, when Kumadori rolled the die, Agata kicked it back. That's not how the game works.

Kumadori kicked it back again, and the die landed on 3. Dance Cover Medley.

Without a moment's delay, the intro SE for "Hai Yorokonde" began to play. It was Agata and Kitsune's performance. Kitsune, holding the die, hurriedly carried it to the wings before returning to take his position.

Behind the two as they performed their well-rehearsed, synchronized dance, Okame could be seen imitating their choreography, and Kumadori went to get his smartphone to film them. In front of 2,000 spectators, a relaxed scene unfolded, just like a practice session. Surely, not only during the preparations for this live, but throughout O-MENZ's practice sessions—no, even before O-MENZ was formed—this scene of someone dancing while others imitated or filmed them must have played out countless times.

Next, the intro SE for Okame's solo performance, "Shin Jinrui", was heard. Kumadori stepped forward, pretending to be nervous in an exaggerated way. Okame chased him away with a flying kick as if to say, "That's not it!" Then, after making eye contact with Kitsune in the back, Okame, who stood in the center, and Kitsune, who sat on the stairs, began dancing to "Shin Jinrui" at the same time.

Okame had said, "Only I can dance this." Had the all-rounder Kitsune mastered it?

Next was "INZM". Hannya and Kumadori stepped forward. Here too, Kitsune was in the back, imitating most of the choreography.

At this point, they mentioned the T-shirts they were wearing. They feature the silhouette of the illustration in suits from the "ALL IN" visual, along with the words "ALL IN" and "ONEMAN LIVE PROJECT." These T-shirts will be made to order through the fan club.

With Okame saying, "One more gamble!" and Agata saying, "Let's go all in," a roulette wheel appeared on the screen. Three options were displayed: "Show," "Dai Zero Kan," and "Otonoke".

The audience's wish was, naturally, "Otonoke," which hadn't been performed live yet. And the roulette happily (?) stopped on "Otonoke." The members laughed, calling it a "fix" or a "major fix."

"Otonoke," for which they had just released a dance cover video on YouTube on May 11th. "Otonoke". This was its first live performance.

When viewed on a large stage, the beauty of the formation stands out. As always, their intuition and perfect synchronization, allowing them to step into their positions even while wearing masks that limit their vision under dazzling stage lights, are remarkable.
The parts where Agata and Okame pair up for an action on stage right, and Hannya and Kumadori do the same on stage left, are also eye-catching. In particular, the scene where Agata carried Okame princess-style, just like in the YouTube video, drew screams of excitement.

Kumadori: "I said we were going all in earlier! Let's take tomorrow off work!" Okame: "If everyone really takes the day off..." Kitsune: "It'll become a social phenomenon (laughs)."

The next roulette options were "Ikemen Championship," "Yesser," "Sensu," and "PSYCHO." All of them are songs that boast a core following. The "Ikemen Championship" is a popular segment held at fan meetings, featuring skits based on dating scenarios where fans can hear sweet lines from the members. In other words, every square on the board was something the fans were craving. The roulette stopped on "PSYCHO," but...

The screen switched, and the roulette now showed every square as "Chankapana."

Amidst the roar of laughter from the audience, the intro to "Chankapana" began.

"Chankapana" is a number that Hannya occasionally performs at fan meetings. Hannya started singing along to the karaoke track. However, just as he finished the first chorus, the music suddenly stopped and the lights went out.

Hannya: "Oh? Is this a real accident?"
The venue buzzed with confusion. Then, two spotlights hit the upper stage. Immediately, "Onegai Muscle"! The two who rose up majestically in tank tops were Kumadori and Kitsune... or rather, the two "Muscles" (they claim to be "different people"). This segment always gets an extraordinary reaction at live shows. The two lifted their tank tops on the upper stage to show off their abs. What kind of event is this?

After descending into the audience for the "Contract your abs!" part, they ran up the stairs to the upper level. Then, as they reached out their hands during the final chorus as if to draw attention to the center, Agata appeared from the center lift, also wearing the same tank top as the Muscles. It was, of course, a surprise performance. The venue was in a frenzy. Agata had been seen working hard on muscle training recently, but no one expected him to join the Muscles here.

Glancing at the still-buzzing audience, Hannya grumbled, "A sacrificial lamb Chankapana..." Okame (who stubbornly refuses to go to the gym) was worried that Hannya might end up joining the Muscles too.

Kumadori: "Let me ask my muscles." Kumadori's biceps, when the microphone was held up to them: "I can still go further."
With that, following Hannya's "Tell me your Instagram" from the audience floor, "LALI LALI". The four members other than Hannya headed to the second-floor seating area.

When the song ended, Okame called down from the second floor, "We took the wrong path," and Kitsune added, "We made a mistake." Hannya, on stage, replied, "I can forgive getting left and right mixed up, but getting the floor levels mixed up is... Kuma-chan, it's almost over!"
But Kumadori resisted, saying the fans on the third floor looked lonely. As he told the third floor, "Wait for us, we're coming!", "TTT" began to play. The four headed to the third floor. Hannya, in the first-floor audience, sang, "LINE CUBE is angry, Shimano-san (staff) is angry!"

While waiting for the members to return, Hannya said, "I've come to see concerts at LINE CUBE, but not many people go up to the third floor," and "Let's all high-five on our way out at Budokan. Would 9:00 AM be okay?" Incidentally, audience interaction on the floor is prohibited at Budokan (though carts that don't go into the aisles are okay). If O-MENZ were to hold a concert there, what kind of production would they use?

One last word.

Agata: "Your smiles have extended my lifespan. Let's keep enjoying life and walking this path together."

Kitsune: "These were the best two days. Let's keep going together from here on out!"

Kumadori: "Everyone, do your best at work tomorrow! Let's keep living our best lives starting tomorrow too."

Okame: "For those of you thinking, 'Ugh, work tomorrow'—I'm going to upload Ruby-chan's audio!"

The venue gets excited. "Ruby-chan's audio" refers to the post mentioned above that appeared before the live show. And here is the audio that was uploaded the day after the live.

Hannya: "For those of you thinking, 'Ugh, work tomorrow'—I'm going to upload a salty prank video I played on the members a little while ago!"

Hannya: "I'd be happy if you could come to next year's solo live too. It becomes fuel for us to work hard, so I hope you can also use it as fuel to live, and that we can support each other and grow the O-MENZ community. I'll work hard to be worthy of that, so I want you to follow us."

The final number of the encore was also "O-MEN". For the audience who had been watching while seated, this was the first time on the second day they were instructed to stand. (On the first day, there was a call to stand during the main set's "RED," but since an MC segment followed, it seemed there were moments of confusion about whether to stand or sit. On the second day, the main set was seated throughout.)
At the same time, the photography-allowed time ended. The audience, standing up and feeling even more energized, shouted "O-MEN!" at the top of their lungs. Gold streamers were launched in sync with the start of the A-melody, dancing through the air. (On the first day it was silver streamers, and on the second day it was gold. Both featured the same design with the five members' signatures printed on them.)

Even during the final part where we all sang "We are O-MENZ, the 'TERRORIST' who carves the path," the voices of 2,000 people rang out higher than ever throughout the hall. After finishing the final routine, the five of them left the stage refreshingly while waving amidst the applause.

Summary: Beyond betting it all

The main set, conscious of entertainment and well-staged, was a perfect fit for a 2,000-capacity hall, and it was strongly felt that Hannya had considered the production and stage settings to match the capacity. For example, the production where images are projected directly onto the cast, like the projection mapping this time, incorporating the cast themselves into the story, would not work if the screen were any smaller or larger. That alone raises expectations that they will show us a performance suited to the size of the venue, no matter how large it gets.

Also, while this has been the case for some time, I was keenly aware that the strength of the five members' characters shines even more as the capacity increases. At the beginning, the moment their silhouettes appeared on the gauze curtain, you could instantly tell who was who because each person is assigned a unique pose. Even in the solo performances, each person's individuality was clearly distinct, and it was a joy to watch in a variety of ways.
I believe that the anime-like characterization and the fact that the five members' dance genres are all different are all Hannya's doing. However, the skill of Hannya, who created O-MENZ by combining that idol culture with their own strength—top-tier dance—in the early 2020s, just as the term "oshi-katsu" (supporting one's favorite) began to become common, is truly remarkable.
In the future, even if the venues get even bigger and we can only see them as tiny specks from the audience seats, I'm sure it will be easy to tell who is who. What a grand plan.

In other words, this "ALL IN" is just one of the milestones for O-MENZ. After a performance where they bet everything, they will surely run even further ahead, turning irreplaceable experiences and a bit of regret into strength.
