[Event Announcement: 6/13] Experience the Field with Pro Soccer Player Yukinari Sugawara! "Soccer x English" Event for Elementary School Students
English coaching school "TORAIZ", which will celebrate its 10th anniversary in June 2025, will hold an event on June 13th where you can experience "soccer and English" with TORAIZ ambassador and professional soccer player Yukinari Sugawara.
We are looking for 15 pairs (30 people total) of elementary school students (grades 4-6) and their guardians who wish to participate in this event! If you are interested in soccer and English, no specific skill level is required. We look forward to your participation!

Together with professional soccer player Yukinari Sugawara, who serves as an ambassador for the English coaching school "TORAIZ," participants will engage in soccer practice, mini-games, and learn English phrases useful for playing soccer as well as basic daily expressions.

Capacity:15 pairs, 30 people (1 child + 1 guardian, 30 people total)
*Due to high demand, if the number of applicants exceeds capacity, a lottery will be held.
Eligibility:
・Elementary school students in grades 4 to 6
・Children interested in soccer and English conversation (no specific soccer or English level required)
What to bring:Clothing suitable for soccer, shoes (no cleats/spikes), towel, water bottle
Participation Fee:Free
*Travel expenses to the venue are the responsibility of the participants.

Yukinari Sugawara Profile
Born in Toyokawa, Aichi Prefecture. Joined Nagoya Grampus Junior Youth in junior high school. Later promoted to Nagoya Grampus Youth. In February 2018, he made his debut in the opening match while still a high school student and signed a professional contract that same year. Following his performance in the U-20 World Cup in May 2019, he transferred to AZ Alkmaar in the Netherlands in June of the same year. In July 2024, he transferred to Premier League club Southampton. He made his debut for the Japan national team in October 2020 and continues to play for the national team today.
