Fishing Log-066 [NoYoung, Alive, In love]

Hello everyone. This is the 66th installment of my fishing log. I've been in love, I've been dreaming, and I've talked too much, but I feel like taking it easy for once. So, I'm doing a tricky play: using lures on a bait boat. It's love and a shotgun.
First, I'll fish according to the rules.

I catch them for no reason. You might ask, "Is there any point in being on a boat?" but... I'll list my tackle just in case.

Rod: Fishman 5.10LH (BC4)
Reel: Calcutta Conquest 201
Line: PE 0.6 + Fluorocarbon 12lb
Rig: Bishi-kago (sardine mince) + boat rig + blue lugworm

It's not a lure or anything, it's pure bait fishing.
I've secured enough for dinner, and the chum smoke screen has become like thick Minovsky particles, so I'll change my fishing method a bit. The blue lugworms are gross, or rather, the slime is annoying. So I'll use a worm. Since everything should bite within the Minovsky particles, I'll tear off and attach two Fish Arrow Ring Flashers, which have lost their tinsel and are useless, to the hooks.

I catch them. Now I'll try to achieve my next goal. It's the ritual of breaking in the JetSetter 60C I arranged the other day. Since there are horse mackerel, I'll use a shotgun sabiki. I'll attach a Jackall Anchovy Metal, which hasn't yielded any results for cutlassfish, and cast it in.

I shot it!! I shot through the heart of a horse mackerel with a shotgun in broad daylight!! Breaking-in complete. Yahoo!! But was this really the right soul for it? I have more doubts than I did with the Portamento.
This shotgun sabiki is a technique used by people like Bocchi or Island Cruise, and I've quietly wanted to try it. When I tried it, I didn't know how to do it, so I started with a simple retrieve, but there was no response. I had no choice, so I added Power Isome (extra thick) and tried it with what you'd call zero-tension in filefish fishing, and I caught some. After that, I shot them one after another. But since it's a sabiki hook, the hook-up is shallow. However, that's actually convenient for me. I already have enough for dinner, so it's easy to auto-release them. I'll continue to shoot them thoroughly.

Oh, is that a Japanese silver grunt? Its mouth is stretching out like Dhalsim's arms from Street Fighter II. To put it mildly, it's the grossest thing I've ever seen. Goodbye.

Well, I "caught" a few, meaning I failed to auto-release them, ended up landing them, and had trouble removing the hook, which caused the sabiki leader to tangle and ruin the rig. So, once the first sabiki rig ascended to heaven, this game was over. I cut my losses early. I wish stocks and human relationships were like that too.
I always wonder, since sabiki doesn't use bait, I think it's fine to categorize it as a lure, but is it barely in the lure category if you fish after scattering chum with a Bishi-kago? Maybe I should think of it as a formula. I'm not entirely convinced, though... While thinking about that and wondering what to do next, whether to use bait again, a guy on the boat who looked like a big brother was casting furiously and caught a Japanese whiting. Even though I didn't bring hooks, I managed to improvise and set up a rig, and when I tried it with Power Isome (extra thin)...

It's a sea cactus. Gross. If I keep trying without giving up

Trash? No, if you look closely, the bottom part is squishy, so it doesn't seem to be inanimate...

And it happened repeatedly. If anyone knows what kind of creature this is, please let me know.
After this, I killed time by catching fish one after another with bait, repeating catch and release. Blessings to the noble-minded lure fisherman! That's what I thought while doing it. Even though I was bait fishing.
Summary
・Shotgun sabiki is fun, but you get bored of it in a flash
・The JetSetter 60C is a really good rod. This might be the only one you need for light games. I'd like a version with a longer grip in this same style
