Gratitude
After receiving notice that my contract would not be renewed, my 10-year career with the Marines has come to an end.
Since joining as the second pick in the 2015 developmental draft, the reason I have been able to continue this long is thanks to all the fans who supported me.
Thank you so much.
The cheers from the Marines fans have always been a great source of strength for me.
Also, thanks to meeting such wonderful coaches and mentors, I was able to play for the Marines for 10 years.
I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart.
I am also grateful for the daily, dedicated support from the behind-the-scenes staff who kept the team running.
Thanks to them, I was always able to play in the best possible environment.
And to my seniors, peers, and juniors,
it was only because of the help of so many teammates that I was able to continue playing baseball this long.
In particular, I was truly helped by the pitchers I formed batteries with.
Thanks to them, I was able to gain countless experiences and treasures.
Being able to play for the Marines was a source of pride and a happy time for me.
My future plans are still undecided, but I will keep moving forward with a positive outlook so that I can share good news with you again.
