I have accepted the award interview, this is Yururi no Mushiebi.

Nice to meet you.

Or, thank you as always.

↑I was allowed to participate in this project,

(↑I was praised by Tsuru-san, and it became my signature haiku!)

↑The result was a big surprise, 3rd place! 😭✨

↑And now I have received an interview request.

Question 1

・How do you feel right now?

Even a day after yesterday, it still feels like a dream.

And, I am so, so happy to have won this award together with

Hirokatsu Kikuchi-san, Soup-san, and Shino-san. ♪

Question 2

・Please tell us about the change in your state of mind from when you composed the haiku to now.

This is a haiku that came to mind on September 11th of last year.

Starting from Tsunako Aso-san and

connected to Ruriboshi-san,

the 2nd 'Everyone's 100 Haiku Knock Challenge' venue.

The autumn seasonal word that Apollo-san said would suit me,

I really wanted to compose a poem using 'Hoshizukiyo' (starry night),

so I thought about it for a while, but nothing came to mind at all...

Also, at the time, my emotions were very volatile and I tended to feel down.

While I was sitting alone in my room, hugging my knees,

I felt something welling up from within my heart.

The result of putting that into words was: 'May it dwell in my sinking heart, starry night'.

At the beginning of this year, due to the factors behind my emotional waves and tendency to feel down,

after 8 years, I was finally able to face it without looking awayand see a doctor,

and from a state where I couldn't sleep, drink, or eat properly for about a month,

I have now recovered enough to take on new challenges like walking and cooking.

Question 3

・Regarding your poem, what you want to convey to the reader, or a point you want them to notice

I think that almost everyone, while living their lives,

will experiencesinking feelings or the act of sinking.

I think that is something everyone experiences.

Triggered by haiku and interactions,

I realized that I strongly wish

for a starry night to dwell within me,

and I was able to scoop up my state

and state of mind at that time, leading to catharsis.

I would like to convey that

such a moving moment occurred.

Also, if this haiku can become a source of healing

or a place of comfort for even one more person,

I think there could be nothing happier than that.

Question 4

・Please tell us what inspired you to start haiku.

It was being invited by Apollo to participate in and submit to

last year's Apollo Cup,

which is the origin of the Minna no Haiku Taikai.

Question 5

・Is haiku fun?

To be honest,

There are times when I enjoy it and times when I don't.

When I don't enjoy it, it's either because I'm frustrated that I can't compose haiku,

or I think it's because haiku has slipped my mind.

But strangely enough, while I'm facing the act of composing,

there are times when that frustration turns into enjoyment.

When I say haiku slips my mind, I mean that in my daily life or

when I'm out and about, I still rarely come across haiku,

and I suppose I'm often distracted by other things.

However, as long as you have the desire,

you can enjoy haiku alone anywhere,

and it can even lead to new connections,

and that is what I find so enjoyable about it.

Lastly,

Lavender-san, who launched this wonderful project.

Aloha-san, who was the catalyst for it.

And those who manage it with Lavender-san,

Hajime Nakaoka-san and Tsugumi Tachibana-san.

Thank you so much for letting me participate.

Thank you very much 💐💐💐💐

Also, to the 59 people who enjoyed this together with me.

To everyone who took an interest in my haiku.

Thank you very much m(_ _)m✨

I am filled with warm feelings.

It was truly fun from the bottom of my heart♪

The only thing I regret is that I didn't make it in time to vote.

I was so torn that I decided to comment at the very last minute, but

while I was distracted by dinner, it ended... orz

In the end, I had set my heart on the haiku 5, 17.

Thank you for watching until the end☘️
