I keep choosing TCS because it is packed with the essentials for those of us in transient families to keep from giving up on ourselves

This year marks my 6th year since I obtained my coaching certification from TCS (Trust Coaching). Time flies...

Since I renew my certification every year in the month I received it,
I have chosen 'Trust Coaching (TCS)' as my coaching style six times now.

Even though I could choose not to renew or select other coaching styles, I continue to choose Trust Coaching.

When I thought about digging a little deeper into that,

I was asked this question.
(It was a bit of a surprise, timing-wise!)

Honestly, when I took the certified coach training,
I didn't envision a future where I would be working as a full-time coach.

I just wanted to know about it, I wanted to learn about coaching.
That was my intention, but...

Then why did I choose
Trust Coaching instead of other coaching styles?
I went back to the emotions and thoughts I had at that time to think about it.

I think this is exactly what resonated with me.

In my life as a transient spouse, I have met many women who have given up on so many things.

I was one of those people who had given up, too. But, I don't want to give up on myself.I have always felt that way, and I selfishly decided that I wouldn't let the people I meet give up either (I still feel that way!).

“I don't want to give up on myself like this”I thought I had spent nearly 10 years thinking, learning, and realizing many things while struggling and facing my worries. That was on an intuitive level.

When I took the Trust Coaching course, I was shocked to find that everything I had felt intuitively was consolidated and simply put into words.It was a shock.

And I was also shocked that it could be obtained for
”55,000 yen” instead of costing hundreds of thousands.

Honestly, compared to market prices, it is cheap to learn coaching.
I thought there must be a reason why it's cheap, but after actually learning it,

I became more convinced that the price is based on the mission of "creating a culture where everyone learns communication."

For transient wives who tend to give up on many things,

I thought that what I could do to help them move forward with that mindset might be to be a "Trust Coaching coach".

To speak this content in my own words, realize it, and put it into practice.
This is the time to face what is important for not giving up on myself and living a life that is easier to walk, and I support others in grasping that more deeply and being able to take action.

I realized that this is my mission.

The reason I felt that this is something only I can and should do is because of

the experience of being told【The career path you have walked will become a signpost for someone else】when I myself thought I had nothing.

That was the moment I felt that my invisible career up to that point had been acknowledged, and it was also the moment I realized the expectation for the future, believing that I have the potential to keep moving forward without giving up.

Based on this feeling,

I want to create a future that believes in the warm possibilities that spread from there.

That is why I continue to choose TCS, which changed my future.
