✏ Why I am talking about the unique world of Tobita Shinchi on NOTE
The reason I added NOTE to my recent social media activities is very simple.
To explain the extremely unique environment of the sex industry known as Tobita Shinchi,
I realized that X alone simply did not provide enough information.
Although Tobita Shinchi falls under the category of the "sex industry",
the actual scene is not a place that can be discussed with the same mindset as other industries.
There were parts of this unique atmosphere and the reality of working there that I just couldn't convey through short-form social media alone.
The unvarnished reality, before you start working
What I value most is
delivering the "unvarnished reality" to women before they start working.
When you actually enter the field,

・Your heart cannot keep up with the gap between what you were told and the reality
There are not a few women who drop out due to such gaps.
That is precisely why

I believe this information has meaning as.
To take on the challenge after knowing the reality.
That alone can significantly lower the probability of early retirement.
Not with sugar-coated words, but based on the actual field,
While there are many vague and fluffy expressions on social media,
I am conscious of minimizing deception as much as possible.
"I tried, but I failed"
I take pride in the fact that I have clearly reduced the number of women in this pattern compared to other intermediaries.
That is not just a feeling,
but an evaluation based on concrete responses from stakeholders connected to the field.
This is not baseless confidence.
It is the "result" that the field has taught me.
