Even with AI, I'm the one doing this in the end
AI is convenient, and honestly, I can't let go of it anymore.
It thinks up sentences for me, it generates ideas, and
there are moments when I think, "Don't we not need humans anymore?"
But after actually using it for a while, I've realized something.
Even though it seems like I'm leaving everything to AI,
in the end, "this part" is done by a human.
Today, I'm talking about that.
I don't leave the decision-making to AI
AI is good at presenting options.
But "which one to choose" is ultimately up to me.
・Whether to post with this expression
・Whether to post on this theme right now
・Whether to post today or stop
AI can't decide these things.
If anything, I feel like it just makes my hesitation more visible.
Whether to continue is a human job
AI doesn't get tired.
But humans get tired just like anyone else.
・Days with no reaction
・Days when the numbers don't grow
・Days when I don't understand the point of doing this
At times like these, AI does nothing for me.
The one deciding "I'll do it anyway" in front of the screen is always me.
I decide the direction based on experience and emotion
If I ask AI, it will tell me, "This is trending right now."
But,
・Whether I want to write it
・Whether I can keep it up
・Whether it feels right
These things are in the realm of intuition.
More than numbers,
"This doesn't feel right"
"I enjoy writing this"
I think those kinds of judgments are still the exclusive domain of humans.
Even AI can't replace the processing of emotions
Feeling anxious, impatient, or depressed.
AI gives me kind words, but
in the end,
"Well, it's fine"
"Let's try one more time"
it's myself who moves those feelings.
AI wasn't a "replacement," it was an "extension"
Before using it,
I thought, "AI will do everything for me."
But now,
it feels more like "a tool that expands my own thoughts."
There are definitely parts that have become easier.
But the parts that didn't become easier are still there.
That's the part that makes me feel a bit relieved.
So today, too, I'm deciding for myself in the end
To write or to stop.
To publish or to edit.
To continue or to quit.
Even if I use AI,
the one pressing the "decide" button at the end is always a human.
That is the reality right now.
