[TikTok LIVE Report] First report on the TikTok LIVE navigation program "TikTok LIVE Trend"! Featuring Junichi Tosaka, Uji Tamai, Sakana-kun, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, and Naoto Inti Raymi!
On Thursday, July 30, TikTok held "TikTok LIVE Trend," a navigation program introducing featured programs on TikTok LIVE.
The main MC for this event was the popular TikTok personality Junichi Tosaka. Joining as special guests were Uji Tamai, Sakana-kun, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, and Naoto Inti Raymi (in order of appearance)!
At the beginning, Junichi Tosaka made a surprise announcement that TikTok's live streaming feature, "TikTok LIVE," would officially launch on Friday, July 31, with streaming rights being granted to approximately 2,000 Japanese TikTok creators, to be expanded sequentially.

Following this, the MC and guests engaged in lively discussions about the appeal and impressions they felt while experiencing "TikTok LIVE" before its official implementation, their thoughts on the interactive communication with users and fans, and their expectations for "TikTok LIVE" after the official launch.
Notably, Naoto Inti Raymi, who appeared last, captivated fans not only with his talk but also with a surprise live performance. After performing a medley of popular TikTok covers such as Eito's "Kousui," DISH//'s "Neko," and YOASOBI's "Yoru ni Kakeru," he performed a medley of his own songs, including "Takaramono ~Kono Koe ga Nakunaru Made~" and "Ima no Kimi wo Wasurenai." He concluded the live session with his new song, "Omowaku Doori."

I am very excited that TikTok is finally entering the live streaming space in earnest! Having experienced "TikTok LIVE" myself, I feel the various possibilities it offers, such as the closeness between performers and fans and the interactive nature of the communication. When I held a talk live on TikTok LIVE previously, I was surprised by the positive reactions from fans and the high volume of comments. I feel that there is a unique, interactive communication that only TikTok can provide. I was also happy to see an increase in the number of people dancing to "Kamaitachi" after I streamed on TikTok LIVE. I want to continue connecting with my fans through TikTok LIVE in the future.

I performed a live show on "TikTok LIVE" back in May before its official implementation, and I was truly shocked. I felt that this allowed for a sense of closeness to fans online without any awkwardness. The unique culture of TikTok is also interesting, and I've been hooked on TikTok ever since. While it's difficult to hold real-life concerts right now, many artists are performing online, but I think the image and sound quality of "TikTok LIVE" are of a level I would recommend to professional artists. Starting with "Naoto Fes Vol. 1" on July 31, I plan to hold "Naoto Fes" every month using TikTok LIVE. Look forward to it!
