A Body That Hurts Despite Being 'Fine' — For Those Who Didn't Get a 'No Abnormalities' Answer | A Decision-Making Framework to Stop the Confusion
You went to the hospital and were told there was 'nothing wrong'.
You tried chiropractic or stretching, but the pain came right back.
・It feels better right after the session
・But it returns in a few days
・You look for another method
Before you know it,
“a state where something is always wrong”
has become your reality.
In essence, the body
does not break down in such a complex way.
The reason your discomfort persists is
not because your body is broken, but because
“you keep moving without a standard for judgment”.
The more information you have, the more confused your body becomes
Health information is overflowing these days.
・Stretching is good
・Muscle training is necessary
・You should rest
・You should move
None of these are wrong.
But,
you do exactly as they say and don't get better.
In fact,
the more you try to do, the less you understand.
The problem is simple.
You are not able to judge 'what you need right now'.
The body is not 'broken,' it is 'imbalanced'
When I observe bodies in clinical practice,
most discomfort is caused by
・The same posture
・The same movements
・An imbalance in strain
These are the simple reasons why it happens.
In other words,
the problem is not that it is 'broken,' but
“that the load is not being distributed”.
Why you don't get better even with continued treatment
Many people whose bodies don't recover are
・Treating the painful area
・Feeling a little better
・Returning to the same state
They are stuck in this loop.
And before they know it,
・The painful area changes
・Something is always bothering them
・'Just going to the clinic' becomes a habit
This is not because the body is bad,
but
a state where the 'strategy' for using the body has not changed.
What changes the body is not the 'method' but the 'judgment'
This is the most important part.
What is needed to align the body
is not special stretching
or special training.
What is needed is
judgment.
・Is this pain that requires rest?
・Is this discomfort that is okay to move through?
・Is this discomfort dangerous?
・Where is the strain concentrated?
When this judgment changes,
your actions change, and your body's state changes too.
What happens if you continue as you are
If you proceed without a standard for judgment,
・The location of the pain keeps changing
・Recurrence repeats
・You stop knowing what to do
And finally,
you approach a state of giving up, thinking 'it can't be helped'.
What is needed is 'judgment at the crossroads'
The body
always gives signs before it breaks down.
・Discomfort
・Tightness
・Heaviness
・Fatigue
The problem is,
how you handle them.
Even with the same pain,
・Some things recover with rest
・Some things recover by moving
If you get this wrong,
actions you thought were good become the cause of worsening.

▶ Continue here (Save for later)
Whether you continue 'vaguely' or
align yourself 'with a standard',
the future of your body will change significantly.
・Is it pain that requires rest?
・Is it discomfort that is okay to move through?
・Where is the strain concentrated?
These'crossroad judgments',
organized on a clinical basis, are here.
▶ Decision-making axis to decide whether to rest or move without hesitation (Save for later)
(Includes sheet)
Finally
The body
is not something that is finished once you align it.
There are good days and days when things fall apart.
In the midst of that,
whether you can judge for yourselfis everything.
Whether you have a standard to return to when you are lost
will greatly change how you interact with your body.
I would be happy if this note
could be that first step.

I'll be waiting 😊
