So, I've changed the header image for the summary article as well ( *´艸｀)
Dreaming of the day this changes to "Run BTS," I'd like to summarize my thoughts on Tar-Seok again today!
Maybe because I've gotten used to writing these, my impressions have been getting longer, so I'll try summarizing two episodes at a time for a while. If I change my mind, I'll deal with it then!

EP.17 | New Year's Gift Giveaway
2025/01/14
When asked what he wanted for a New Year's gift, Jin immediately replied, "I need a computer."
Ah, he said "need" instead of "want," so it's a gaming machine, I get it.
Told about the plan to climb a total of 2,917 stairs at Lotte World Tower (123 stories high), Jin makes a cute, bewildered face. I laughed because the English subtitles for this scene explicitly said, "Are you all crazy? [Crazy (for you)]" lol. My "Screenshot Folder > Jin > Jin who can't accept reality" collection is really growing~.
The guest who received the punishment... no, the joyful mission of climbing stairs with Jin this time is his close friend Sandeul. Oh, he's the one who was kidnapped with him in the Maritime Police episode (EP.10).
"The second time we met, Jin suddenly grabbed my stomach."
I recoiled when that shocking episode came out.
I don't dislike the cold Jin who, when his friend complained of indigestion from nervousness, was in a "Do I need to know that?" state lol
This time, the format is "perform a mission on a designated floor, and if you succeed, you get a reward," so the game of guessing what's hidden in the box using "sight, smell, and touch" started immediately.
I feel like avatars for each member's fans have been born in my heart recently, and the Jin-fan in me is making a fuss, saying, "Jin-nim's hair whorl! Take a picture quickly!"
Also, the Jungkook-fan in my heart is floating, saying, "Hey, hey ARMYs, doesn't this angle look a bit like Jungkook?" Am I okay?
Jin whispers to his teammate who tried to share the answer, 'What are you going to do with that information, Sandeul?' His inner sadist comes out, and his friend just stares back with dead fish eyes lol.
The surprise of 'You can tell what samgyeopsal is just by touching it!?' and the grin of 'Seokjin being annoyed is just irresistible!' hit me at the same time. Dangerous, so dangerous.
The next mission is a memory card game with Korean beef as the prize.
It looks like the staff chose Jin's photos from ones released in the past. I laughed at the inclusion of the Young-hee doll. We think alike!
I think this moment might be the peak of his 'slyness' this time. I love his rationality lol.
By the way, I'm the type to immediately take screenshots when a memory game starts in a mini-game, so I totally understand how he feels.
The Go stone goal-in game also ended in a crushing defeat, so the mission wasn't cleared. However, he did succeed in getting some of the meat!
They shared the meat amicably after the arm wrestling, and thanks to all the thrashing about, Jin's bangs have started to part more down the middle. Oh, this is cute in its own way.
The next mission is 40F.
Jin ended up competing against a belly dancer 20 years his junior (5th grader Kim Ga-yoon). It's irresistible how he does bad things to earn points, only to realize it's pointless and feel embarrassed.
It's funny how he shows zero leniency even to a child, yet still manages to throw in some mysterious self-reflection lol.

👤 'No, that was really cool. It was a very brave action.'
Sandeul, who went to assert dominance after awkwardly dropping the hula hoop, gets whispered a reprimand.
The fact that this idea comes to him so naturally shows he's used to being spoiled by the staff... no, being loved by them. How reliable!
By the way, as a fan, I'd praise him even if he just blinked. Thanks for moisturizing those beautiful eyes!
Jin-kun, you are wonderful for spinning so lightly once you decide to do something!
Honestly, in another time, you would be the golden eldest brother. To be given a handsome face, a great singing voice, and even athletic ability—the heavens favor BTS too much.

The next mission opponent is a burly Ssireum (Korean wrestling) athlete lol

Jin-kun gets his arm strength praised by fighters every time; what a charming trait to be strong despite being thin. It wasn't just his face that was blessed...!

The final mission is a quiz to guess the title using panels dropped on the stairs as hints.
Winning rock-paper-scissors and making his friend run up the stairs, then adding, "Check that out too!"—his skill at using people is truly that of BTS's eldest...
Now all that's left is to aim for the top!
At this point, Jin-kun's recovery power as he runs up the stairs to the top floor taking two steps at a time is amazing. He did take a break, though lol
He even overtook the cameraman, spread his long legs at the top of the stairs, gave a thumbs up, and said, "Hurry up and come here!"—this development is just a Jin-pen trap.
The reward for finishing the race is a game console!

EP.18 | The Magpie 'Jin' that Repaid a Favor

A scholar saved a magpie chick from a large snake in the forest.
