New✨ Feedback on Individual Support: From Client A ①

I apologize🙇💦

Articles about e-book publishing📖 have been continuing,
and I haven't posted about my main work for a while🙏

The reason is,
actually, lately, not just limited to the e-book publishing
I have been writing about,

new waves have been crashing in one after another,
and I truly haven't had a moment to catch my breath💦

In the midst of that, one of my new endeavors,
“Individual Support for Children”is
progressing better than expected!!

We signed the contract at the end of August,
and full-scale support began in September.

It has been just over a month,
and thankfully, it has been well-received✨

I have received valuable feedback from
“Client A,” who requested to be the first monitor,
so with their permission,

I will post a portion of it
here.

In addition to my full-time work at the facility,
and working as a part-time school teacher one day a week,
this support is being provided under my current
very tight schedule,

but I am mobilizing all of my experience to date,
and I am building a new experience that is
very fun, meaningful, and full of learning.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Client A,
who requested to be a monitor.

Client A, thank you so very much💓

Below, although it is a record from a little while ago,
is an excerpt from the first support record sheet
and the feedback received.

【Excerpt of Support Content and Feedback from Client A】
Today's session: We conducted classroom-style training for over 30 minutes, almost continuously. Although some fatigue was visible midway through, they worked persistently until the end. Based on today's session, I will consider the content for next time.

Consultation/Requests: Next time, support for homework and school learning assignments will likely be the main focus. In addition to homework, please have Japanese and math textbooks, as well as kanji and calculation workbooks ready.

From the Guardian (Please fill this out, Guardian)
Since the grandmother was also present this time, I was worried they might goof off more, but I was relieved to see them working on it quite proactively. Because the content was the same as what was done during the assessment, I felt they were reassured by having a clear sense of what to expect. Also, thanks to feeling “I can do it” during the assessment, it seems they were able to work on it this time as well, which I believe has led to increased confidence.
There were moments when they yawned, but the frequency had decreased. And above all, I felt they were having a very fun time.
They are the best in the family at using the balance board we borrowed, so they seem a little happy about that too. (Since then, XX has become able to stand on one leg!)

【From the Grandmother】Watching the teacher's guidance, it seems that being patient and praising even the smallest things left a very strong impression. I was very grateful to have encountered the opportunity to receive guidance from the teacher like this.

Feedback from Mizusawa
The first support session has ended, and for me, more than anything, I was happy that the child showed interest in the balance board and actively moved their body. For brain development, moving the body is actually indispensable. Polishing senses by using every single part from the top of the head to the tips of the toes. From the child's appearance today, I was able to confirm the most important point that is essential for future support.
Also, as the mother mentioned, the reason today's training went well is related to the experience during the previous assessment. The fact that the child felt “if I do it, I can do it”—psychologically speaking, “self-efficacy”—during the previous assessment is what led to today's training.
From next time onwards, I will continue to devise ways to ensure that each training session is connected.
The grandmother's participation was also very helpful in understanding the family relationships surrounding the child, that important “background.” It was also evident that the grandmother cares very deeply for her grandchild. That is precisely why I want to bring out the potential the child naturally possesses. It may be presumptuous of me, but that is how I feel.
First of all, I am sincerely relieved that the first support session was something the child felt was fun.
Thank you for your cooperation. Thank you very much!

First Support Record Sheet
Excerpt

The above is the feedback received and
my feedback.

In this feedback,
it is mentioned that the child was “yawning,” but
this does not mean the child was

bored with the training, lacked concentration,
or felt it was boring.

The child was very positive from beginning to end
and participated in the activities.

The training is
based on the initial assessment of the child,

and I have structured the program assuming activities that are
first comfortable,
but also moderate, and in some cases, pushing the limits.
The child's “yawning” is

actually
proof that the brain is under load.

The potential for effects to appearis occurring,
which is valuable evidence.

As some of you may have noticed,
I have been visitingA-sama's home
to provide direct support
in person.

The“balance board”mentioned in the feedback
was somethingI brought along and lent to themthis time, but

immediately after this support, they
purchased one exclusively for their childand
nowthey can ride it on one legapparently.

I myself cannot hide my joy and surprise
at such changes.

In the subsequent support sessions, school homework and
thelearning tasks they find difficultas well as
various issuesthat A-sama's child is facing

are being approached
more directly
by me.

Some might think,
“Isn't this a trade secret (though not exactly a company)??"
“Is it okay to post this on social media???”

Some people might think that.

It is very presumptuous of me, but
this is not a formal, general training program
that is provided equally to everyone.

It is a special support
for each and every child.

That is what it is.

At the start of this support,
for each and every child,

I believe it is necessary to conducta thorough assessmentthat is unique to me.

That is why I am socommitted to face-to-face sessions.

And as much as possible,

I am doing so.

I am also committed to providing
support through home visits.

If there is anyone who would like to
actually receive this support,

please reach out via the
various URLs listed at the end.

However, as those who have read this far
will understand,

since this is support I provide alone,
the number of people I can accept is limited.

I plan to recruit one monitor
each month starting next month.

I expect that monitor recruitment will
end around the end of the year
or the beginning of the new year.

Although it will be limited toareas and locations
I can visit,

those who wish to be a monitor should
check the information I post here onnoteor on myofficial LINE
websiteandInstagram
in the future.

Please reach out via my official LINE accountorInstagramDM,or
frommy website, which is currently being rebuilt and redeveloped
my own website
.

**The website update and relaunchis scheduled for
sometime after the middle of this month**

Please feel free to send any questions you may have.

By the way, the child currently receiving support
is in the middle grades of elementary school,
and I have designed the program for a six-month period.

The target age range is
middle grades of elementary school, preferably up to 3rd grade as the upper limitand
for the lower end,I can accept children from 1st grade.

The earlier the grade, the greater the effectis thought to be.

Although this individual support has just started,
thankfully, Client A has already consulted with me
about extending the period.

Actually, after this, I am secretly (maybe?💦) planning a special program for
kindergarten and nursery schoolchildren in their final yearas a special category.

I am developing a concept for a
period from around the end of the year to next May,
or perhaps until before summer vacation,a special program for before and after entering elementary school
.

While it is likely unique, this support for
children in their final year of kindergarten is something
that I won't know until I try it
(though I suspect that children in their final year
might see the most effect 🤔).

Recruitment is strictly for monitors.

I am looking for those who can say,
“I don't mind if you post my feedback on social media,”and who are willing toparticipate on a trial basis
for the sake ofbuilding better support methods

in the future!I would love for you to join.
I am thinking of this.

Furthermore, regardless of whether the child is in their final year of preschool, when accepting applications, I would like to
exchange information with the parents in advance and,
after conducting an interview as well, I intend to

verify the match between the child and me, as well as with the family,
more carefully.

The reason for this is that I feel I have a
significant mission and responsibility in taking care of your precious child—a
vital duty that I take to heart.

I cannot take on this responsibility irresponsibly.

I want to team up with those who have a strong resolve and are seriously committed to bringing out the child's true potential as a parent, no matter what.

I want to partner with those who are truly dedicated.

And above all, I want to see the genuine smiles that well up from the depths of the hearts of both the children and their parents.

With that thought in my heart, I spend every day searching for various hints from each individual client to build programs and create approaches.😉
That was a bit long, but I have outlined the background and

future direction of the new 'Individual Visit Support'.

I will continue to pick out content I want to share and
share details and feedback about the individual support here on Note and on the website I am currently rebuilding.

If you are interested, I would be happy if you could look forward to the next installments in this series.

Thank you so much for reading this far✨
