I will fix the 'smoothness' in your AI works—launching the Texture LoRA Lab
I will fix the 'smoothness' in your AI works.
Nice to meet you. Starting today, I am launching a membership called the 'Texture LoRA Lab.' The plan is the 'Fix-it Plan,' at 500 yen per month.
When looking at AI images, is there something that bothers you? It's not the gloss, but the flatness lacking information—the 'smoothness.' Gold leaf and lacquer have not only light reflections but also 'information' like fine scratches, unevenness, and brush strokes. That is what AI tends to omit.
In this lab, I control it with LoRA, not by tweaking prompts. Rather than struggling with prompts, using LoRA trained for specific textures provides higher reproducibility and allows for the exact fixes you intend.
As a member, you will receive the following content every month.
1. Monthly fixes. Three people will be selected by lottery to have one of their AI images retouched with textures like gold leaf or lacquer, returned with Before/After comparisons and the steps taken. Even in months you aren't selected, you can read about the retouching process in articles.
2. Immediate access to 7 released texture LoRAs (gold leaf, lacquer, Japanese paper, swords, mineral pigments, silk, and mother-of-pearl).
3. Unlimited access to 44 exclusive articles.
4. Distribution of workflows and my custom mask tools.
5. Cloud GPU benefits (free codes for higher-tier Floyo plans).
6. New LoRAs are released to members one week in advance. In months when no new LoRA is released, I will properly explain why.
Regarding applications, there are two things I want to be honest about: the condition for winning is that the Before/After of the work must be made public, and you can only apply for the lottery starting from your second month of membership.
For those who need a fix in a hurry, I also accept one-time requests. It is 1,500 yen if you allow the work to be made public, and 5,000 yen if you want it kept private; details are posted on the request page.
In this lab, I don't sugarcoat things. If it doesn't work, I'll tell you it doesn't work. If a project has stalled, I'll write that it has stalled. If you're okay with that, feel free to take a look.
