■ Greetings
This is Tetsujo from "The Future Theory of Intellectual Work." Hello.
Today's theme is—"Compassion that does not teach."
■ What is "Compassion that does not teach"?
When you hear "do not teach,"
you might wonder, "Do you teach nothing at all?"
However, "not teaching" here
means not giving the answer first.
Recent tutorial-style learning
presents procedures and correct answers as they are.
It certainly allows for quick arrival at a result, but
that does not help one learn how to think.
The challenge lies not in
reaching the answer,
but in how to perceive the problem and how to solve it.
If you just give the answer, that process is lost.
However,
if you just say "Go ahead and try it" without showing anything,
people will be left standing there, not knowing left from right.
■ The minimum requirement is a "framework"
That is where a minimal "framework" becomes necessary.
A structure for thinking, a skeleton of procedures, and where to place one's perspective.
This much must be shown at the beginning.
However, this "framework" is important.
If it is made as a stopgap measure,
it will become unusable the moment the situation changes.
It must be a framework that has been refined over time
and is versatile.
■ "Time" is essential for growth
"I am teaching with all my might, but it is not getting through well."
I sometimes receive consultations like that.
The person teaching is speaking from a position of already understanding.
On the other hand, the person listening
is often in a state where they do not even know what they do not understand.
That gap
cannot be filled by simply increasing explanations.
To fill in the gaps little by little,
time is necessary.
Even if you rush to teach,
it only leads to going in circles.
■ The environment is also a condition for growth
When we say environment, we tend to think of a place, but
the presence of people is also a major part of the environment.
Having colleagues or classmates,
peers learning at the same stage,
greatly aids in growth.
Having someone capable nearby
who can provide support later on.
That alone allows for trial and error with peace of mind.
Beyond just helping with understanding,
an atmosphere where one can work calmly is also
an important part of the environment.
■ Conclusion
People growing and developing
does not happen overnight.
However, that does not mean
that simply stuffing them with knowledge is enough.
“Compassion that does not teach” means
watching over them quietly with trust.
It means preparing the form, environment, and time,
and leaving room for realization to emerge.
I felt once again that fostering growth
is not about walking in someone else's place,
but about believing in their ability to walk and waiting for them.
That is today's conclusion.
—That is the conclusion for today.
■ Closing
Thank you for reading until the end.
May your day be peaceful and full of happiness.
See you again tomorrow. Farewell.

■ Greeting
Hello, this is Tetsujyo from the Wisdom-Centric Theory.
Today’s theme is “Teaching Without Teaching.”
■ What Is Compassion That Does Not Teach
When people hear “not teaching,”
they may wonder if it means teaching nothing at all.
Here, however, it means not giving answers in advance.
Modern tutorial-style learning often presents procedures and correct answers directly.
While this allows quick results,
it does not cultivate the ability to think.
The real task is not reaching an answer,
but learning how to approach and resolve a problem.
When answers are given too soon, that process disappears.
Yet, telling someone nothing and simply saying “try it”
leaves them lost and unable to move forward.
■ The Minimum Requirement: Form
This is why a minimum form is necessary.
A framework for thinking, a structural procedure, a point of view.
These must be provided at the start.
However, the form must be carefully refined over time.
A hastily made pattern fails as soon as circumstances change.
■ Growth Requires Time
There are times when people say,
“I’m teaching so much, yet it doesn’t get through.”
The one who teaches already understands.
The one who listens may not even know what they do not understand.
This gap cannot be closed by adding more explanations.
Filling the gaps between the lines requires time.
Rushing only leads to repetition without progress.
■ Environment as a Condition for Growth
Environment does not refer only to physical space.
The presence of others is also an environment.
Colleagues and peers at a similar stage provide reassurance.
Having someone nearby who can later offer clarification
creates a sense of safety and calm.
Such an atmosphere is an essential condition for growth.
■ Conclusion
Human growth does not happen overnight.
Nor does it occur by stuffing knowledge into the mind.
Compassion that does not teach means trusting and quietly watching.
It means preparing form, environment, and time,
and leaving room for insight to emerge.
To foster growth is not to walk in someone’s place,
but to trust their ability to walk on their own.
That is today’s conclusion.
■ Closing
Thank you very much for reading until the end.
May your day be calm and filled with gentle happiness.
See you again tomorrow.
