■ごあいさつ
「これからの智働説」の徹紹（てつじょう）です。こんにちは。
本日のテーマは――「教えない慈悲」です。
■「教えない慈悲」とは何か
「教えない」と聞くと、
「何も教えないのか？」と思われるかもしれません。
しかし、ここで言う「教えない」とは、
答えを先に与えないという意味です。
近年のチュートリアル型の学びは、
手順や正解をそのまま提示します。
確かに早く到達できますが、
それでは、どうやって考えるかは身につきません。
課題は、
答えに辿り着くことではなく、
問題をどう捉え、どう解決するかにあります。
答えを言ってしまえば、その過程は失われます。
とはいえ、
何も示さずに「さあ、やってみてください」と言っても、
右も左も分からず、立ちすくんでしまいます。
■最低限必要なのは「型」
そこで必要になるのが、最低限の「型」です。
考え方の枠組み、手順の骨格、視点の置きどころ。
これだけは、最初に示す必要があります。
ただし、この「型」は重要です。
その場しのぎで作られたものでは、
状況が変わった瞬間に使えなくなります。
時間をかけて練り上げられ、
応用が利く型でなければなりません。
■成長には「時間」が欠かせない
「一生懸命教えているのに、うまく伝わらない」
そんな相談を受けることがあります。
教える側は、すでに理解した立場で話しています。
一方、聞く側は、
何が分からないのかが分からない状態にあることも多い。
そのギャップは、
説明を増やせば埋まるものではありません。
行間を少しずつ埋めていくには、
時間が必要です。
焦って教えても、
堂々巡りになるだけです。
■環境もまた、成長の条件
環境と言うと、場所を思い浮かべがちですが、
人の存在も大きな環境です。
同僚や同級生、
同じ段階で学ぶ仲間がいることは、
成長を大きく助けます。
できる人が近くにいて、
後から補足してもらえる。
それだけで、安心して試行錯誤できます。
理解の助けになるだけでなく、
落ち着いて取り組める空気もまた、
重要な環境の一部です。
■むすび
人が育つこと、成長することは、
一朝一夕には進みません。
かといって、
知識を詰め込めばよいわけでもありません。
「教えない慈悲」とは、
信頼をもって、静かに見守ること。
型・環境・時間を整え、
気づきが生まれる余地を残すこと。
成長を促すとは、
代わりに歩くことではなく、
歩ける力を信じて待つことなのだと、
改めて感じました。

■ Greeting
Hello, this is Tetsujyo from the Wisdom-Centric Theory.
Today’s theme is “Teaching Without Teaching.”
■ What Is Compassion That Does Not Teach
When people hear “not teaching,”
they may wonder if it means teaching nothing at all.
Here, however, it means not giving answers in advance.
Modern tutorial-style learning often presents procedures and correct answers directly.
While this allows quick results,
it does not cultivate the ability to think.
The real task is not reaching an answer,
but learning how to approach and resolve a problem.
When answers are given too soon, that process disappears.
Yet, telling someone nothing and simply saying “try it”
leaves them lost and unable to move forward.
■ The Minimum Requirement: Form
This is why a minimum form is necessary.
A framework for thinking, a structural procedure, a point of view.
These must be provided at the start.
However, the form must be carefully refined over time.
A hastily made pattern fails as soon as circumstances change.
■ Growth Requires Time
There are times when people say,
“I’m teaching so much, yet it doesn’t get through.”
The one who teaches already understands.
The one who listens may not even know what they do not understand.
This gap cannot be closed by adding more explanations.
Filling the gaps between the lines requires time.
Rushing only leads to repetition without progress.
■ Environment as a Condition for Growth
Environment does not refer only to physical space.
The presence of others is also an environment.
Colleagues and peers at a similar stage provide reassurance.
Having someone nearby who can later offer clarification
creates a sense of safety and calm.
Such an atmosphere is an essential condition for growth.
■ Conclusion
Human growth does not happen overnight.
Nor does it occur by stuffing knowledge into the mind.
Compassion that does not teach means trusting and quietly watching.
It means preparing form, environment, and time,
and leaving room for insight to emerge.
To foster growth is not to walk in someone’s place,
but to trust their ability to walk on their own.
That is today’s conclusion.
