世界はしばしば「日本は無宗教国家だ」と誤解します。

そして不思議なことに、どこの家庭でもほぼ同じ言葉が使われていたように思います。

この躾は、仏教・儒教・神道の影響を受けながら形づくられてきました。
特に集団を円滑に運営するための“共通規範”として発達し、
疑う余地もないほど一般常識として定着しているのが日本の特徴です。
家庭から学校、地域社会へとシームレスにつながり、
社会の随所に“当たり前”として埋め込まれている。
これこそ、日本社会を支える魔法の正体と言えるでしょう。
■令和の若者は、むしろ礼儀正しい
バブル期から平成にかけては、個性や自由が重視され、
この「躾文化」はやや影を潜めました。
しかし令和になり、ネット社会が成熟したことで、
ネットリテラシーと礼儀が相乗効果を発揮し、
若者たちの言葉遣いや挨拶が、むしろ丁寧になってきています。
これは非常に喜ばしい流れであり、
日本の“躾”が静かに復活している現象だと感じています。
