Vinyasa Flow (Doing YOGA 18)
I can feel the footsteps of spring. When it is sunny, the sunlight is warm and it feels very pleasant. The plum blossoms in the garden are also blooming.
Now, let's move our bodies.
In yoga, there is a practice called Vinyasa Flow. It is a style of movement that has developed over the last 100 years or so, with the Sun Salutation being the most representative example.
You connect poses dynamically and fluidly, matching your breath to the movement.
Once you get into the flow, your mind becomes empty, and your breath and entire body become one. Eventually, with repeated practice, you will be able to enter the zone.
Vinyasa can be done in many ways depending on the combination, but I will introduce the movements I practice.

First, we start with the movements of the Sun Salutation. Basically, you inhale when opening your chest or standing up, and exhale when bending forward or lowering your body.

You transition through the poses fluidly without holding them for long.

As you repeat the cycles, you will sweat and your heart rate will increase. By combining various poses, you can stretch, contract, or strengthen every muscle.
It strengthens the body, increases flexibility, and enhances concentration. Since it involves a high amount of exercise, it is recommended for those who want to move their bodies well. By performing the poses fluidly, the flow of blood, lymph, and prana (energy) improves, and your metabolism also increases. It effectively strengthens your inner muscles and balances your autonomic nervous system.
Savasana after a solid Vinyasa session will surely be a blissful time.

Thank you for reading again. This time it was about Vinyasa movements that make both the mind and body feel lighter. I include quite a few poses, but it is still very effective even if you don't do 13 Triangle Pose, 14 Warrior Pose III, or 15 Half Moon Pose. The most important thing is to move your body while riding the breath.
The end of winter is approaching. Let's move our bodies and prepare for the arrival of spring!
