The Golden Rules of Stock Investing
・Always use the shareholder perks yourself
・Long-term holding
・Basically holding 100 shares (some stocks require 200, 300, or 500 shares depending on the perks)
・Diversified investment
・Cash transactions only
・Take responsibility for yourself
As someone who loves shareholder perks, I choose stocks by thinking,
I wonder which one I should pick?
The golden rule is to "use it yourself"
※ Using it with family or having a family member use it is
of course okay
Otherwise, you lose sight of why you are investing
Also, to minimize risk,
I basically only hold 100 shares of each stock
and diversify my investments
→ I think many people say this, right?
→ I do not average down!
Also, I never do anything other than cash transactions
※ No buying more than my bank balance 🙅
So, no matter how bad the global situation gets,
while my investment assets might hit zero,
they will 100% never go into the negative
I think taking responsibility for yourself is also important, right?
I read investment magazines at the library
and look up perks online, but
ultimately, it is my own judgment!
Introduction to some of my stock investment holdings
1. Perks-only purpose
・Takara Tomy (Get Tomica!)
・Toridoll (I love Marugame Seimen!)
・Yoshinoya (I mostly use it at Hanamaru Udon♪ I might eat a beef bowl about once a year?)
・Kappa Create (My child loves Kappa Sushi❤️)
・Nishimatsuya (I shop there 100%!)
・Aeon (3% point back (or cash refund) by showing the Owner's Card, and the right to enter the Aeon Lounge)
・Gakken (Can buy books♪)
2. Both perks and dividends purpose
(Perks are great, and dividends are good too!)
・Bic Camera (I shop at "Rakuten Bic" paying entirely with my Rakuten Card and get cash back♪)
・TOKAI (I use it to pay for LIBMO, a Docomo MVNO (low-cost SIM). I don't pay for smartphone communication fees at all every month by also using points😅)
・Baroque Japan Limited (I renew my wardrobe twice a year with the perks. I haven't bought my own clothes anywhere other than the SHEL'TTER WEB STORE lately😅)
3. High dividend purpose
(Includes perks, and the dividends are amazing!)
・Tama Home (QUO card)
・DM Mitsui Sugar (Sugar)
・Marusan Securities (Nori seaweed)
・Yodogawa Steel Works (Catalog gift)
If I hadn't met Mr. Kiritani...
I don't think I would have become
such a fan of shareholder perks.
I still have many shareholder perk stocks,
but what they all have in common is:
・They let me enjoy little luxuries.
・They let me enjoy the present!
Shareholder perks enrich my heart♪
If I hadn't learned the Jason style...
I think I would still have a lot of anxiety about money.
Currently, I have about 96% of my total assets invested,
and by purchasing high-dividend stocks
(while still having shareholder perks),
I receive a substantial amount of dividends (passive income).
I then invest that into other stocks...
My assets are growing like a snowball⛄️
My ultimate goal is to achieve
financial freedom just like Jason!
