As I chase numbers, think about strategies, and go through trial and error,

I feel like something is being left behind.

When I first started note, I just wrote about things I liked.

Movies, K-POP, events that moved my heart.

Eventually, I started wanting more people to read my work,

so I became conscious of SEO, thought about spreading it on social media, and began learning about "sales mechanisms."

What I learned in that process was,

"Strategy is important. But that alone is not enough." that.

Knowing strategy is about reaching the reader's heart

"You need a strategy to succeed on note."

This is an undeniable fact.

Writing isn't read just because you write it.

No matter how much heart you put into it, or how wonderful the content is,
if it doesn't reach the reader, it's the same as if it didn't exist.

That is why it is important to know "how to get it read."

I believe this is an effort not to "sell" your own words,
but to "deliver" them.

So, what specifically should you be conscious of to reach more people?

Refining your "presentation"

The more you love to write,

the more you tend to think, "As long as the content is good, people will read it."

But reality is different.

For example, imagine books lined up in a bookstore.

Don't you pick up the ones that attract you with their titles or covers?

note is the same; whether you are read or not is decided by your "first impression."

That is why it is very important to refine your "presentation," such as your icon, profile, and the thumbnails and titles of your articles.

I personally realized that by changing my icon or refining my self-introduction, the way my followers increased and how I was read changed.

People only pay attention to "things they are interested in."

"Who do I want to deliver my words to?"
"What is attractive to that person?"

Just by having that perspective, the range you can reach changes significantly.

Using note as a "base" and combining it with social media

"I want to grow using only note."

Many people might think that.
I was the same at first.

But if you try to fight with note alone, there are inevitably limits.

Because"people don't search for things they don't know about." that is why.

That is precisely why it is effective to use SNS while keeping note as your 'base'.

By drawing people to note through these platforms, you can get more people to read your work.

For example, if you post about the same topic repeatedly on X, it becomes easier for people to recognize that,

When you are conscious of this flow, information changes from mere data into a
'story that connects with the reader's own heart.'

For example,
rather than just saying 'To succeed on note, you need a consistent theme,' it is more memorable to say, 'I myself kept writing while lost without a set theme. But once I decided to stick to what I wanted to write, my readership grew.'

People empathize with 'stories,' not information.

That is whyit is important to put your soul into the facts.

Being conscious of stock-type content

There is something I realized while continuing with note.

That is, 'articles I wrote once can continue to be read for months or even years.'

For example, articles that rank high in searches,
articles that are shared by many people,
articles that people think, 'I want to read this again.'

By increasing such 'stock-type' content,
your readership will grow in the long term, and your revenue will become more stable.

That becomes important sustenance for magazines and memberships.

Be conscious of writing such 'articles that remain as assets'.

Personally, I want to value writing “articles that buzz in the short term” less than
“articles that have long-lasting value” when I write.

Write your best article with all your might at the start

When I first started note, I wrote articles casually.

But then, I realized something.

That is, “the first article read determines everything that follows.”

“This article was amazing!”
If they think that, the probability of them following you increases.

That is why you should pour all your effort into the first article that is read.

For example,
by preparing a heartfelt article like “What I want to tell those starting note,”
you can create your first connection with readers.

“The first article encountered determines the impression of that person's note.”
Just having this awareness changes how you approach writing.

Writing enriches your life

“Succeeding on note”

The definition of that differs from person to person.

Earning revenue.

Increasing followers.

Having influence.

None of these are wrong.

However, the answer I arrived at was much simpler.

“Writing enriches your life.”

Those who cherish this feeling are the ones who
can continue for a long time and ultimately achieve results.

This is because readers are drawn to “passion,” not “numbers.”

Conversely, the writing of someone who truly enjoys writing naturally attracts people.

The reason I continue note is surely there as well.

“Emotion” and “empathy” move people.

Of all the articles I have written so far, the one that received the most response was by no means a 'how-to' guide.

An article talking about 'oshi-katsu' (supporting one's favorite).
A story about watching a movie and being unable to stop the tears.
A record of the moment I was saved by words at the lowest point in my life.

It is precisely those kinds of articles that receive 'thank you' messages.

note is not just a place to convey information.

It is a place that creates 'emotion' and 'empathy'.

'Reading this article made me want to try writing too.'
'I was saved by this writing.'

When I received those words, I was convinced.

People take action when their hearts are moved.

If I can support a step in someone's life through note,
that might be the greatest success of all.

My own unique axis of 'Oshi-katsu x Writing'

There are infinite 'themes to write about' in the world.
But what is important ishaving 'your own unique perspective'.

For me, one of those is 'Oshi-katsu x Writing'.

Rather than just teaching 'how to earn money on note',
I want to keep holding onto the perspective of 'writing about what you love and enriching your life'.

Writing concert reports for K-POP, or jotting down my thoughts on movies.
By putting into words the moments when my heart trembled, I share the feeling of 'liking' something with someone else.

Such writing might one day support someone else's 'oshi-katsu'.
'I read your review of this concert and it made me want to go!'
'I read your review and decided to watch this movie!'

In those moments, I feel the true power of note.

Writing might not just be 'broadcasting',
but a 'bridge' to connect with someone's heart.

I want to convey 'how to enjoy life on note', not 'how to sell on note'

When you continue using note, it is easy to focus only on 'how to sell'.
How can I get read? How can I lead to revenue?

But what I want to convey is not just 'how to sell'.

note is alsoa 'place to live as yourself'.

When I started note, there was no 'money' or 'strategy' there.

I was just writing what I wanted to write.

Before I knew it, people appeared who said it was interesting, and
the number of people saying 'I want to read more' increased.

That accumulation is what carried me this far.

That is precisely whyinstead of 'writing to sell,' I want to keep the feeling of
'enriching life by writing' from being forgotten.

Strategy is a 'means.' Passion is the 'essence.'

Some people reading this far might think, 'Is strategy unnecessary?'

No,strategy is necessary.

'How should I convey this so it reaches people?'
'What kind of mechanism will make it read for a long time?'

Having these perspectives is very important.

But'strategy is a means,' and I believe 'passion is the essence.'

Strategy alone will not last long.

Passion alone will not reach people.

That is whybalancing 'uniqueness (being yourself)' and 'strategy (a mechanism to be read)'

is, I believe, the secret to enjoying note for a long time.

Do not let go of the happiness of 'writing what you want to write'

Finally, there is one thing I want to convey.

'Succeeding on note' means

'enjoying your own life with your own words.'

No matter how much strategy you use,
no matter how much revenue you generate,
'if writing is no longer fun, that cannot be called success.'

Write what you love.

Spin words while letting your heart tremble.

Deliver writing that makes someone who reads it think, 'I want to try writing too.'

That accumulation makes our note 'something alive.'

Let's enjoy life together through note.
