Tossed About
There is an expression that says, 'tossed about like a small boat or by fate.'
This summer, the Japanese archipelago seems to be 'tossed about' by 'monsters' called 'typhoons' that are attacking one after another, just like a small boat.
From the perspective of 'space,' or even on a global scale, our Japanese archipelago might be something like a 'small boat' or a 'leaf.'
Typhoon No. 10 is currently hitting the Kyushu region directly, and people are helpless.
I am sure everyone has made appropriate 'preparations,' but all we can do is 'endure and hold on' while waiting for it to pass.
When a forecast mentions 'wind speeds of 70 meters per second,' it makes one 'shrink in fear.'
The impact on the Kanto region seems to last until the second or third, but even if it is sunny and far from the typhoon, there is still a concern for 'heavy rain.'
After all, our 'Japanese archipelago' is like a 'small boat.'
When the time comes, neighbors should join hands and help each other, but now those 'neighbors' have become extremely few.
This is a summer where 'houses, rivers, oceans, mountains, and even people's lives and hearts' continue to be 'tossed about' by typhoons.
That said, it does not mean 'autumn' is near, nor does it mean 'typhoons' will not come in autumn.
Isn't this a dead end?
