The Rapper Who 'Dances with Sound' with Ultimate Off-Beat Cool: Chinza DOPENESS
A 'one-of-a-kind worldview'
You hear that a lot, don't you?

It's an expression that's become so overused it's bordering on cliché, but please, let me use it just for this person.
I've recently been caught up in an unprecedented 'hip-hop boom,' and among them, I'd like to introduce the rapper I'm most obsessed with, Chinza DOPENESS, this time.
This guy is a rapper (lol). You wouldn't think so, right?
Honestly, I couldn't take my eyes off him from the moment I first saw him.
A guy who looked like a laid-back, middle-aged man with a 'flat-top haircut' and his shirt 'tucked in'—totally relaxed—walked out onto the MC battle stage.
And he's facing off against a 'tough-looking guy' who is the epitome of a 'hardcore rapper.'
'The match is already decided before it even starts!'
You'd normally think that, right?
But think again.
Once the battle actually starts, this 'laid-back guy with a flat-top' is just so cool, so incredibly cool. And he's insanely good, too.✨
He nimbly dodges the 'disses' thrown at him by the tough guys and mows them down one after another with his 'superb, one-of-a-kind flow.'
Honestly, when it's his turn, the whole place transforms into an otherworldly space, as if he's cast a 'Domain Expansion.'
Since it's a battle, it's technically a 'fight,' but Chinza seems to place more importance on 'getting the crowd hyped by fusing their rap skills together' with the person in front of him, rather than treating them as an 'opponent.'
I suspect he's thinking, 'Even if I ultimately lose, as long as everyone at the venue enjoys the music (rap), that's all that matters.'
That sense of ease is what makes him so cool.
For his 'MC battle' recommendations, I don't want to show you one where he mows down tough guys, but rather this one.
His opponent, MAKA, is a 'gentle reggae DJ' guy.
The battle proceeds more like a 'session' created by clashing mutual respect rather than a 'fight.'
Chinza-san accepts MAKA's rapid-fire rap, which seems to say 'How about this, Chin-san!', with a big smile, parrying it while steadily drawing him into his 'Dopeness World'.
During this time, the two almost never 'confront' each other; instead, by 'showing off their rap skills' to the audience, they 'resonate' with the entire venue.
The typical 'dissing' of MC battles is completely absent. Even when MAKA misses a bar at the beginning, Chinza-san doesn't call him out on it, but instead supports him. Even so, the audience was incredibly hyped, and we were shown a 'new form of rap battle'.
I'd like you to watch the video, but Chinza-san is dancing while becoming one with the sound the whole time, looking like he's having so much fun.
I have a friend who is a contemporary dancer, and I feel the same sense from Chinza-san that I do when I watch her.
Both are 'improvisational,' so it's amazing, isn't it? People who place such importance on 'fun' like this shine very brightly to me.
Chinza-san won this 'wonderful session-style battle,' but it was a battle where the charm of MAKA, who created the chemistry of 'enjoyable rap' with him, also stood out.

Of course, I can enjoy and love the classic rap style, like 'clanking some metallic things while declaring, "I'm number one!"'.
However, I think the existence of Chinza-san, who is like a 'bug' to the rap world, is also quite important.
Because there is nothing more boring than a 'rigid world'.
His appearance, rap style, etc.
I feel that by presenting something cool that is significantly 'shifted' from the fixed idea that 'this is what rap is!' (which he probably does on purpose), Chinza-san is broadening the possibilities of rap.
'Oh, there's stuff like this too! Maybe rap is actually pretty fun?'
It seems there are people who started rapping after watching this battle.
That's pretty amazing, isn't it?
Soun-san, who appears as an opponent in the attached video, also looks happy to be battling a senior he respects and whose back he has been chasing (the 'battle where there was only love' between Chinza and Soun is also highly recommended) 🎵
Don't be fooled by his 'flat-top' haircut and 'tucked-in' shirt at first glance!
He also has many masterpieces in his professional music career,
the 'rapper who dances with sound,' Chinza DOPENESS.
When you watch him 'having fun',
"Life isn't all fun and games, of course, but it's still important to enjoy everything first, isn't it?"
It makes you think so (Soun also raps about this sentiment in his battles).
Please, by all means, give it a listen once and let yourself be dragged into the 'Dopeness World' 🎵
