When your mind is at peace, the scenery changes

Good morning.
I have received two heartwarming letters from students who have finished learning the Reiki class, so I would like to share them with everyone here on note.

✉️ First letter

For the past few months, I have been feeling down due to issues with my family, my parents, and my own health, and I have been spending my days thinking, 'This is tough.'
Even during such times, on days when I could calm down a little, I would look outside and recite the Five Reiki Precepts to settle my mind.

Since yesterday, the situation has changed a little, and the moment I looked up at the sky while feeling, 'Oh, I think I feel a bit better,' my chest grew warm and tears came to my eyes.
It wasn't because of the pain, but because I felt, 'It's okay! I am being supported!'
Please let me share that morning sky with all of you as well😊

✉️ Second letter

Due to the daily weather, my health hasn't been the best, but how is everyone else doing?
While using Reiki to settle myself, I spend my days being pushed around by my parents, my grandchildren, and my grown children.

My head gets full of frustration, and when I calm down later, I feel depressed... In the midst of such days, when I stepped out of my front door this morning, a small flower was sparkling brightly.
I realized that 'since learning Reiki, the scenery I see has changed,' and I couldn't help but take a picture of it😊

My own realization

Like these students, I feel that there are many people who, while being chased by the busyness of daily life, find that their 'perception of what they see' and their 'expressions' change after learning Reiki.

I myself used to be concerned about the asymmetry of my face, and I felt that it had somehow balanced out by the time I finished learning Reiki... I remember being convinced of it again when my sister told me, 'Your face has changed.'
