How I Turned My Ordinary Life into a Movie Poster by Having ChatGPT Read My Note | An AI Experience Diary of a Mom with Neurodivergent Kids
Turning my roller-coaster parenting of a neurodivergent child
into an entertaining story
I published an e-picture book on BOOTH 📖
I'm Hitomi Kuma, a mom in my late thirties.
I represent my son, who has ASD, ADHD, and DCD traits, as 'Arara' the raccoon 🦝

I live a hectic, day-to-day life while raising my 4-year-old son who has ASD, ADHD, and DCD (Developmental Coordination Disorder).
💭 I'm just one of the crowd in this life, aren't I?
That was the life I thought I had—
But when I had Charlie-sensei (ChatGPT) read it, I became the protagonist of a movie.
Today, I'll share my actual experience as an AI beginner,
along with the pitfalls that smartphone users often fall into ✨
⚠️ First of all! Smartphone users, take note
(I'm writing this first on purpose because I want to save others from getting stuck in the same place)
To have ChatGPT read your note, you need to export your note.
But me—
Looking in the note app
🔽
Can't find it
🔽
Looked again and again, still can't find it
🔽
And just like that, months passed 😇
Even though I use Canva and NotebookLM, technical terms for settings are still Greek to me.
What came in handy here was my experience of failing to publish on Kindle.
💭 Could it be that it works if I open it in a browser instead of the app?
→ I was right!!
✅ How to export notes on a smartphone
① Open note in a smartphone browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.)
② Click the icon in the top right
③ Click "Articles"
The "Export" option appears at the top!
It is possible that it will not be displayed in the app version.
If you were stuck in the same place, I hope this solves it for you 🙌
✅ After exporting
① "Unzip" the downloaded file
② On my smartphone, there was a file called "xml" at the bottom. This was the one!!
And after exporting
The trigger was Harunezumi-san's project
I read Harunezumi-san's article on note,
"I tried asking ChatGPT to turn my life into an image,"
and I immediately took action, thinking, "I want to do this too!"
Harunezumi-san, thank you for the wonderful project 🙏
The method is a simple 3-step process
It looks difficult, but this is all you have to do 👇
① Have ChatGPT read all your note articles
② Enter the prompt written in Harunezumi-san's article
If you were to turn the notes written by XX (note creator name) so far into a movie,
what would the title and key visual be?
③ ChatGPT generates images for you
The words I have accumulated over time are becoming visuals just as they are.
Just that alone made me feel like I was about to cry.
The finished image far exceeded my imagination
🎬 1st Image: A poster that looks like it could be a book adaptation

The moment I saw the result, I let out a gasp.
"Wait... this is a book cover."
When my life, which I thought was ordinary, became a single image—
💭 I really am the protagonist living this life
I felt that thought slowly sink in.
Every day is a struggle, and I have no breathing room.
I worry about my son and put myself on the back burner.
But, taking all of that into account,
I realized it really is "my story."
🎨 2nd Image: Claymation style
I tried generating another one in a claymation style.

It's heartwarming, yet somehow emotional.
Doesn't this look like an animated movie?
I felt my dreams expanding more and more.
Future Prospects
The image I generated this time turned out to be very visually communicative, so—
I plan to write a new self-introduction article using this image in the near future!
The things I want to convey in my self-introduction keep increasing day by day.
Not just through text, but through images, videos, and various other methods,
I think it would be interesting to convey "who I am."
Summary
What I did → What I realized
Had ChatGPT read my note to generate an image
👉️ My life looked like a "story"
Tried a claymation style too
👉️ It looked like an animated movie and my dreams expanded
Looked for export on my smartphone
👉️ You can find it if you open it in a browser!
Days I thought were ordinary became the life of a protagonist when turned into an image.
Even if you are an AI beginner, and even if you only have a smartphone, you can do it.
Please give it a try✨
💬 I'd like to ask you
If you were to turn your life into a single image—
What genre of picture do you think it would be?
Fantasy? Human drama? Comedy?
Or perhaps it will turn out to be a completely unexpected genre? lol
Please let me know in the comments😊
I'm curious about your "life genre"!
