From Curtains to Skirts

When choosing curtains, I had a completely different image in mind, but the moment I saw this fabric,

This is the one!

I decided on it just like that.

Originally, I made these curtains for a bay window, but
this time I decided to move them to a floor-length window.
Naturally, the size didn't fit.

Should I do my usual remake (though I'd have to ask a shop to do it) to fit the window, or
no, if I spent the time and money to cut it up and it didn't turn out as I wanted,
it would be a disaster...

I consulted my friend, interior coordinator

and in the end, I decided to hang this coral curtain as a tapestry in front of the regular curtains.
Now, to do that,

I would need three curtain rails,

but there wasn't enough space in the curtain box.
When I consulted the contractor who would actually be installing them,

they suggested installing the rail on the window frame, and the matter was settled.

I hung the sheer curtain and the regular-sized curtain, and then hung the coral curtain in front of them. It was easy and didn't cost much time or money. If I had been thinking about it alone, I might have ended up wasting the curtains.

Professionals with extensive field experience are a treasure trove of ideas.

And, I turned the remaining half of the curtain into a skirt.
