In the autumn of 2025, four companions worked on organizing one person's challenge for about a month.
The place where the four met was a place to practice problem organization online. This place has a rule of 'what is said here, stays here.' Even though it is practice, the challenges handled are 'themes that the participants are actually struggling with.' Therefore, once the time is up, the content of the challenges is not taken outside.

The four happened to be on the same team that day. Within the time of the online workshop, they were only able to organize 'up to the entrance of the problem.' After it ended, participants expressed a desire to 'resolve this problem,' so they regrouped online after the session. They gathered online on weekday nights four times (about a month), worked on 'discussing and cooperating to share ideas' through the process of problem organization, and reached the exit of the problem. Every time the four gathered, the motivation for participation confirmed at the beginning was simple: 'I want to learn,' 'I'm curious about what happens next,' or 'It's fun.'

Professional consultants are amazing. However, there aren't enough of them to accompany every problem in Japan. Truly excellent consultants are rare, and they are not beings that can help you anytime like a convenience store or AI.
