When you listen to other people's advice, you end up blaming others.
Other people cannot take responsibility for your own life.

After reading Kamoaki-san's book, my way of thinking about work changed completely.
At work, I was often told by my seniors, "Hurry up and do it!"

Since I was told to, of course, I would hurry.
I hurried and made a mistake. Yes, who recovers from that?
Of course, it is me.

You might want to say, "Because my senior told me to hurry up!"
Without a doubt, the senior will not take responsibility for that.

If so, just because someone else did it quickly, you don't have to do it quickly.
You should just do it slowly without making mistakes. Regardless of whether your senior rushes you or not.

It is best not to act based on other people's values of "wanting to do it quickly."

If a senior thinks with their own axis, they should just do it quickly themselves.

I am a salaryman myself, but the salaryman world is one where you are required to do things without mistakes. It doesn't matter if you are slow or whatever, as long as you don't make mistakes.

I tweeted on Twitter, but I don't like cause analysis that focuses on form, like the "why-why" analysis.

Even if you do such things, there is no benefit for me at all,
I think.

What I am looking for as a salaryman is

・Health insurance association
・Welfare benefits
・Dividends from stock holdings
・Tinkering with machines
・Talking to people

That is all. The salary doesn't really matter how much it is.
I started thinking this way even more after reaching the level of side FIRE.

Recently, I've been working in a relaxed way at work. I've been talking the whole time while working.
That has been happening more often.

And that is fine. If you want to do it without mistakes, don't do too much.
Do it calmly and slowly. This is the way of working with your own axis.

It is fine to be selfish.
Because other people cannot take responsibility for me.
Whatever you do, in the end, you are the one who decides.

It is also yourself who raises your living costs by increasing your salary.
It is also yourself who took out a 35-year mortgage and made yourself chased by payments.

I was talking about my wife's high school days, and I heard that she had aspired to study in the psychology department of a junior college. The school she went to was a different department at a four-year university.
When I asked her why she went to a four-year university, she said, "Because my father told me to go."
Her father told her to go, but her father cannot take responsibility for that.

It is not something decided by someone else or society.

Life is hard, the salary is low. Choosing that job or that way of life,
in the end, it is yourself.
