🌟 The Future I Want to Realize as an 'International Caregiver' ✨
When you hear the word 'dream,' what kind of image comes to mind?
You might feel anxious, wondering, 'Will it really come true?' or 'Is it a bit too big?' 💦
But at times like that, this is what I want to say!
'If you believe in yourself and take it one step at a time, a dream will surely become a path.' 😊
Today, I want to talk about the future I want to realize as an 'International Caregiver'!

💡 The dream I want to realize and the reason why
My dream is to 'expand the possibilities of Japanese nursing care and certified care workers.' ✨
The spirit of 'omotenashi' (hospitality) and the heart of respecting others are deeply rooted in Japanese nursing care.
I believe this value goes beyond mere skills or services and has the power to enrich life itself. 💪
That is why I created the role of 'International Caregiver' to deliver this care culture to the world!
I aim for a society where nursing care is widely recognized as a noble profession that 'creates the future' and holds high social value.
🌏 What inspired me to aim for becoming an 'International Caregiver'
My dream was sparked by my interactions with foreign technical intern trainees I met in 2018.
While working hard in a foreign land, they told me, 'I want a better future for my family.'
I was moved by their dedication and thought, 'I want to help them!'
However, the reality is harsh, and the concept of nursing care has not yet spread sufficiently in many countries.
Even after finishing their technical training and returning home, there are situations where they have no jobs, and the skills and mindset they learned in Japan go to waste. 💦
Don't you think that's a shame?
I felt that from the bottom of my heart.
🇯🇵 The value that Japanese nursing care culture can provide
Japanese nursing care has these wonderful characteristics: 👇
🌸 'Wabi-sabi' and 'Omotenashi' in nursing care
• Incorporating spaces where one can feel seasonal flowers and tranquility to provide peace of mind.
• Valuing care that respects the user's pace without forcing cheerfulness upon them.
This is truly 'care that fulfills the heart'!
💡 The future that can be realized by making this dream come true
When my dream comes true, this kind of future awaits: ✨
1. Improving the social status of care workers
I want to create a society where we can proudly say, 'Nursing care is a noble profession!'
It is a job that stays close to someone's life and designs their future. 🎨
2. Realizing a multicultural society
A world where people with different cultures and values connect through nursing care.
KAIGO becomes a common language, and new bonds are formed. 🌏
3. Realizing a society where people can live greedily
I want to create a society where, even if you need care, you don't have to give up and can live your life to the fullest!
Nursing care is support for finding 'ikigai' (a reason for living). 😊
🛠 To make my dream a reality
I want to spread the certification of 'Certified International Caregiver'!
Starting in April 2025, we will launch a system to train professionals who will spread Japan's unique caregiving culture to the world!
Furthermore, I want to make 'KAIGO' an internationally recognized common language and create an environment where technical interns, even after returning home, can work as professionals with advanced care skills rather than as domestic workers.
Additionally, Asian countries will face rapidly aging societies in the future.
I believe that within that context, Japanese caregiving culture can improve the quality of local care and contribute to reducing the burden on families and society ✨
🌟 Toward the future
We will integrate our caregiving culture and co-produce a form of KAIGO unique to each region.
That is the role of an 'International Caregiver'.
Caregiving is not just about care ☺️
It is about supporting life, 'supporting the ability to live and be active' ✨
Through Japanese caregiving culture, I aim for a future where people all over the world can live rich and fulfilling lives 🌏
Through my challenge and my dream, I will connect the potential of caregiving to the future!
