#316 Things I'm Starting This Spring 🌸
March 2026 Blog Challenge“#ThingsI'mStartingThisSpring” 🤲
I want to write about it too 📚
▼ I've compiled everyone's articles here 📚
▼ I also talked about this on the Voicy Bikini Yoga©︎ Radio!
I've decided on two challenges for this spring.
First, doing push-ups every day 💪🔥

Since February 4, 2026, I've been continuing my daily workouts with the theme of “#Don'tThinkOfReasonsNotTo” 🔥
(I really recommend this. I've achieved a -4kg loss!)
Loosening up, stretching, and strength training. This routine has become a habit, but actually, I hadn't been doing push-ups until now.
But I dared to step into that territory.
What I felt after trying it is that it's “simple, but incredibly good.”
The sensation of using my chest, arms, and core all at once. And the refreshing feeling after finishing.
(It makes breathing easier 👏)
The feeling of properly facing my own body is really pleasant.
Benefits of push-ups 🔥
① Your upper body tones up, and your appearance changes
Since you can train your chest, arms, and shoulders in a balanced way, you'll get closer to a body that looks good in a T-shirt
② Your core gets stronger, and your posture improves
Because you use your abs and back at the same time, it leads to improved slouching and building a body that doesn't get tired easily
③ Your metabolism increases, and you become less prone to gaining weight
By increasing muscle mass, your basal metabolism rises, leading to a body that burns fat more easily 🔥
It's all good things, right!
There is room for growth precisely in the things you “haven't been doing.”
I am truly experiencing that.

And the second thing is, daring to go along with curation。
Usually, I end up “choosing for myself” a lot, but
this spring, I'm daring to change my stance a little.
“Trying out as-is” the facilities and services introduced by media I trust,
such as magazines and radio.
(Specifically, J-WAVE (radio), Yoga Journal (magazine/online), etc.)
By daring to choose passively,
I should be able to notice my own thought habits and biases in selection.
By going to “places I wouldn't have chosen myself,”
I can encounter new values and sensations.
From there, I want to incorporate new elements into myself again.
It's what you might call a “dive-in input habit.”

Neither of these are huge challenges.
But they are definitely “seeds of change.”
What's important isn't doing it perfectly, but
deciding to “give it a try.”
What will you start this spring? 🌸
