[Free Access] Summary of 4 Bar Exam Answer Corrections, Explanations, and Sample Answers | Check the Content Before Requesting

Currently, articles I have written and am in charge of for bar exam candidates are available for free on Ho-Sta.

In this article, I will introduce a collection of four articles that I would especially like you to read so that you can get a feel for my answer correction and guidance style.

In the essay section of the bar exam, it is important not only to have a large amount of knowledge, but also to consider points such as:

・Are you answering the question directly?
・Are you writing the legal standards accurately?
・Do the legal standards and the application correspond?
・How many facts from the problem statement can you pick up?
・How can you evaluate those facts?

These points are crucial.

In my corrections, I am conscious of providing comments that are as specific as possible, not just pointing out 'this is wrong,' but also explaining why that argument is unlikely to score well, which facts should have been picked up, and so on.

If you read the following articles, I believe you will be able to grasp the direction of my answer corrections and guidance to some extent.

1. 2015 Bar Exam Criminal Law | Real Answer and Correction Comments

The first article I would like to introduce is a real answer correction article based on the 2015 bar exam criminal law section.

In this article, I use an answer actually drafted by a bar exam candidate under timed conditions as material to provide specific comments on the problems within the answer.

When you only read model answers, you can only see the 'clean, finished product.'

In the 2015 criminal law article, I use an actual answer as material to explain specifically where the answer falls apart, why that argument is difficult to evaluate, and how it should be corrected, so I think it will be quite helpful.

*In this article, I use somewhat frank expressions to emphasize clarity as public teaching material.
However, in individual corrections, I will use as gentle expressions as possible so that the examinee does not feel intimidated.

2. 20 Checkpoints Before the Actual Bar Exam

The next article I would like to introduce is one that organizes 20 checkpoints you should confirm before the actual bar exam.

In this article, I have organized the points that I feel are particularly important while correcting answers.

It can be used for final confirmation just before the bar exam, and it is also content that can be used to check your own weaknesses in answer creation.

3. How to Solve Viewpoint Conflict Problems | Based on the 2019 Bar Exam Criminal Law

The third and fourth articles are an explanation article and a sample answer article for viewpoint conflict problems, based on the 2019 bar exam criminal law question 2.

In the bar exam, there are not only questions that can be answered by simply knowing one viewpoint, but also questions that require you to develop your own argument with grounds based on multiple viewpoints.

The 2019 Bar Exam Criminal Law Question 2 is a perfect example of this, but when I actually correct answers, there are quite a few that are not well-executed.

Therefore, in the following article, using the 2019 Bar Exam Criminal Law Question 2 as a subject, I explain in considerable detail how to handle problems involving conflicting viewpoints, and I have also included a sample answer that I created.
