It is possible to earn money online even if you are 'terrible at social media'

This time, I will talk about the theme of
'You can earn money online even if you are weak at social media.'

Thanks to everyone, as of
December 20, 2024,
my note has about 2,900 followers,
but

actually, I am
extremely bad at social media.

I am on X and Threads,
but honestly,
I am super terrible at them.

I just can't seem to
fit into the world of social media.

Since I am a creator doing business online,
I do use them to some extent,
but I am not really 'going all in and committing to results!'
😅

When you try to earn money online,
you probably think
you can't avoid social media.

But right now,
I have basically abandoned both X and Threads.
And yet, I am still earning money.

Today, I want to talk to people like me
who are bad at social media
to encourage them by saying,
'It's okay! You're not alone.'

X and Threads are seriously exhausting

When trying to earn money online,
social media is unavoidable,
and the prime example is X.

Recently,
the number of users on platforms like Threads has also been increasing rapidly.

And since X and Threads are
communication tools,
accounts that engage in communication
tend to grow more easily.

Going around liking posts,
going around replying,
and communicating

I am bad at this.
It is truly exhausting.

• Looking at people's posts and leaving comments

• Engaging with people who seem to have influence

It is said that these things
are important for growing on social media,
but

this is,
seriously tough.

When I see people who aggressively engage with influential figures
and grow rapidly,
I genuinely admire them, thinking, 'That's amazing.'

However, I have a very fragile mentality, so
I get discouraged by the smallest things.

Something like this happened a little while ago.

There was someone I often saw on X who posted things like,
“Follows and comments are very welcome!”
“Let’s interact more and more!”
“Let’s all grow together!”
and so on.

So, I mustered up my courage
and tried to interact with them.

And then, you know what?
I was completely ignored (lol).

Then, a few days later, that person posted something like,
“I choose which accounts I interact with~”
“I don’t accept weird accounts~”
and I was absolutely shocked.

They were communicating normally
with other business-related accounts,
so why?

Is my account considered a weird account?

Perhaps
they just happened to overlook it.

Even so, for someone with a fragile mentality like me,
it was an event with enough destructive power
to break my heart orz

On social media, you can see everything,
like aggressive posts
and negative words, right?

I just can't get used to this.

Even though it's not directed at me,
I end up feeling like it is.

If that weren't enough,
if I get a negative comment
on my own post,
it feels like the end of the world.

Like, just leave me alone...
you know...

The savior for the social media challenged is ◯◯

For that reason, I am
just terrible at communication
on social media, especially X and Threads.

I did manage to grow
X to 1,150 followers
and Threads to 230 followers,
but it was just too exhausting,

and it builds up stress, sonow I pretty much leave them alone (lol)

I do still post occasionally, but
since I don't interact with anyone,
my follower count doesn't grow f^^

My X account has been stuck at exactly
1150 for the past six months.
My Threads account has also been stuck at
230 for over a month.

And yet,
for someone like me who is terrible at social media,
the platform I was able to work on consistently
and actually get results from was

With note, you basically
don't need to
communicate with others,
so it doesn't cause stress.

If an article is aggressive or negative,
I just don't open it after seeing the title,
so it doesn't really bother me.

I can work without being swayed by others,
and it grows properly
even without communicating,
so it was the perfect tool
for a weak-minded person like me.

Seriously, note is
the savior for those who are weak at social media.

“I’m bad at it, but I have to do X”
“It’s tough, but I have to work hard on Threads”
There are definitely people who say that, right?

Rest assured.

You don't have to do
X or Threads at all!

I have now
abandoned both X and Threads,
and I only use note,
but I am earning money just fine ☺️
