Who are you doing business for? It's 100% for yourself.
Note, X, newsletters...
When you are posting every day,
“What am I doing this for again?”
“Who am I doing this for again?”
You sometimes get lost, don't you?
The theme this time is
“The reason it's okay to do business for yourself”
.
I want to post content, but I don't have any grand philosophy...
Is it wrong to do business with the desire to make money?
Does it have to be for the sake of the world and other people?
I wrote an article that
clears up those
doubts!
You don't have to dress it up with pretty words
You should just reveal your true self
This is my conclusion!
Regarding this kind of mindset,
I don't think there is a single correct answer.
I would appreciate it if you would read this
as just “Taakun's personal theory.”
It's okay to be “Self-First”
“Who are you doing business for?”
“Who are you sharing information for?”
When asked this,
how would you answer?
For people in trouble
For people who are struggling
For people who are suffering
For the children of the future
For all Japanese people
For people all over the world
Something like this?
I don't think it's wrong.
But I also wonder if that's really
the case???
as well.
The reason I started a business is because
“I want to gain free time and money”
that's it.
That's why, somehow,
“for the sake of the world and others”
feels a bit fake to me.
At the very least, I'm different.
I want to earn money and make my life easier
I quit my job to be free from the company
I want to gain free time and live my life
I think there are many people
who are doing business
for reasons like these.
But when you start posting content,
you feel hesitant
to say things like that...
You start to feel like you have to say things like
“for all the people in need,”
“for the future of our children,”
or “to make society better.”
No, of course,
“for the sake of the world and others”
is not a bad thing,
and in fact, I think it's a good thing.
However,
it's not something you have to force yourself to say
either.
If you force yourself and put on a facade
while posting content,
it will eventually fall apart
and you will get tired.
That's why I think it's okay to be
honestand
not have to put on airs.
I think you should be true to your feelings and
do business with a “self-first” mindset
.
As I wrote in a previous article,
successful people in the world are surprisingly
doing business for themselves,
feeling like “this is what I want to do”
or “this is what I want to do.”
Who do you do business for?
...
...
It's perfectly fine for it to be 100% for yourself.
Because you're doing it for yourself,
you get energy,
and your motivation overflows!
It's okay to be your authentic self.
I want to earn money and make my life easier.
I want to quit my job and be free from the company.
I want to gain free time and live my life.
I understand the feeling that
if these feelings are conveyed to customers,
you might think, 'Won't they refuse to subscribe to my newsletter?'
or 'Won't they refuse to buy my product?'
However,
even if you hide it,
customers will find out.
Getting them to subscribe to your newsletter,
getting them to add you on LINE,
sending emails asking them to buy this product,
and saying, 'I'm not doing this for myself!'
'I'm doing this for the sake of the world and others!'
Doesn't that sound contradictory?
It's not like you're a volunteer.
Whether you're doing it for yourself
or whatever your purpose is,
to the customer,
that doesn't really matter.
Rather,
your authentic self
can deliver content that
resonates more with customers' hearts
than a facade.
'I want to make money!'
'I want to live a nomad lifestyle!'
'That's why I'm doing business!'
When your true feelings are visible like that,
people who empathize with them
will gather around you.
Therefore,
you don't need to dress it up with platitudes,
you should just reveal your true self.
That is what I think.
What you do in business is for the customer.
Doing business
for yourself is perfectly fine.
However,
what you do in business
must be for the customer.
This is a point you must not get wrong.
If you say, "I'm doing this
for myself!!"
and the content you put out
is just you talking about yourself,
that's just annoying f^^
For the customer,
for the reader,
what matters is
"Was I satisfied?"
"Was it useful to me?"
It's about whether that content,
or that product,
has value.
Provide value that makes someone think,
"This was useful"
or "I'm glad I read this."
You must make sure
not to waver on this point.
Here is today's summary.
Doing business is for yourself
What you do in business is for the customer
See you later.
