Life Hack Miscalculation
The shining sun slowly reveals its face.
I ended up coming home in the morning again today due to overtime.
The reason for the increase in overtime is that we decided to do everything in-house because outsourcing costs were a waste.
We were able to increase salaries, but conversely, the number of employees has decreased.
Is it because the workload has increased compared to before, and we have overtime every day?
Given the salary increase, that should be expected.
I intentionally do not recruit new employees.
This is because the time spent recruiting and training is a waste.
I had planned that by increasing the salaries of the remaining employees, their motivation would rise and work efficiency would improve... but instead, the number of employees is decreasing.
This is strange. It shouldn't have turned out like this...
I used to cook for myself, but to increase my working hours, I now live on convenience store bento boxes.
Ah... the sun is dazzling and warm... if I could just sleep like this...
Suddenly, I am overcome by sleepiness and feel like I am going to collapse.
Once I get home... eat my convenience store bento and take a shower, I have to go straight back to the office...
I headed home with unsteady steps.
I participated in Tara-ha-kani-san's project.
