Only you can unlock the cage. What the movie taught me.

The movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's."
Along with the melody of "Moon River" sung by the window, there are words deeply etched into my heart.
"The cage that traps you is yourself."
We live our daily lives within society and human relationships.
In doing so, we impose rules on ourselves like "I must do this" or "I can't do that," and before we know it, we find ourselves trapped within them.
However, when you realize that you are the one who built that cage, the scenery begins to change.
If you are the one who binds yourself, you are also the one who can set yourself free.
Perhaps the first step toward that freedom begins with acknowledging the "self inside the cage."
