Eraser Face | Weekly Short-Short Note

I often erase and rewrite what I write. Because of that, my mechanical pencil lead and eraser run out quickly. What bothers me most is that it produces a lot of eraser shavings.

When the shavings pile up a bit, I throw them all at Shimada in the next row.

(Stop it!)

Ignoring his silent protest, I kept collecting and throwing the eraser shavings, and eventually, Shimada's face turned into an eraser. A white, rectangular eraser sprouted from his school uniform, complete with eyes, a nose, and a mouth. For some reason, he had no ears.
The eyebrow and hair areas were black, looking just like pieces of seasoned seaweed stuck on, which was funny. Since it was funny, I decided to leave it as it was.
Whether he noticed or just didn't care, Shimada was busy scratching away, diligently copying the words from the blackboard into his notebook.

Suddenly, Shimada looked at me.

"I'm a handsome guy, you know."
"Really? Then, here's a return gift."

Shimada used his finger to scrape the corner of his own head and threw the shavings at me.

"You bastard! I'm gonna kill you!!"

I've been watching it every week, but this is actually my first time participating.
I couldn't think of anything, so I just wrote it on impulse and momentum.
It's quite difficult to keep it to around 410 characters.
But it seems like it will be good training.
