Approaching the brain to relax the body (for those prone to stiffness, improving sleep quality)
I have heard from several osteopaths that for people who suffer from stiff shoulders and necks, tend to have a rigid body, or
easily tense up, the tension in the brain is related.
If you tell your brain that this place is safe, it seems that your body will also become easier to relax.
Specific approaches are...
⭐︎Place your hands on the back of your head and the back of your neck, and lean your body backward (hold for a few seconds) to relax the muscles at the back of your neck.
⭐︎Place your hands on your stomach (near the solar plexus) and chest, and breathe → feel the sensation of air naturally passing through your body with your fingers (repeat several times).
These two are effective.
Also, as shown in this video, there is an approach for the head.
I feel that an approach of placing your hands on your head (forehead and back of the head) and breathing slowly to relax it is also effective.
It is a 2-minute care routine you can do while lying down, so it is relaxing and I recommend it 🫶
When your body becomes stiff,
your breathing also becomes shallow, which is painful, isn't it?
I hope you can spend your time even a little more comfortably 🤝.
Thank you again for today!

In addition, I have summarized the main articles regarding the improvement of ailments such as neck stiffness and clenching.
Please feel free to take a look if you like. 🤝

I also recommend this as a simple care routine to drain lymph from your head to your neck.
I would like you to try it as an enhanced version of the care mentioned above. It is effective!
