Making "Prompt Stickers" to Make Journaling a Little Easier
I use a one-page-per-day planner, but there are times when I have nothing to write and it ends up empty. It's especially empty when I'm feeling physically or mentally weak.

But recently... I got so excited when I saw the "What's Today's Prompt?" Deco Rush tape released by Hobonichi.

I thought it would be nice to have stickers with themes I want to write about, so I decided to copy the idea. At first, I thought about making them using a convenience store sticker printing service, but it was about 300 yen per sheet, so I decided to make them using sticker paper from a 100-yen shop.

This is the 100-yen shop sticker paper I bought at Daiso. I chose the "uncut plain paper" type.
I came up with 20 themes that I thought I could write about. The A4 size was too big, so I changed it to three sections. I also added illustrations (lol).

I cut them out with scissors and stick them in my planner. When I can't think of anything to write, I pick a sticker with a prompt I like and write about that.

That's all. This was a little trick to make planner time easier and more fun.
Bonus
I've included the PDF data for the prompt stickers here (^^). It's convenient if you print it on sticker paper!
