Making French toast as a hot sandwich.

I decided to make French toast using my Vitantonio hot sandwich maker.

My husband bought some 8-slice bread, so I thought I'd put some cheese in it and make a hot sandwich.

8-slice bread: 2 slices
Eggs: 2
Milk: 150cc
Sugar: 1.5 tablespoons

At first, I made the liquid with 1 egg, 100cc of milk, and 1 tablespoon of sugar and soaked the bread in it. But then, there wasn't enough liquid...

Doubling the amount seemed like too much, so I added 50cc of milk, 1 egg, and 0.5 tablespoons of sugar.

I let it soak in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. I flipped it over many times and it tore a little...

I layered the bread, bacon, cheese, bacon, and bread.

I baked it for about 3 minutes. The egg overflowed. I added extra butter thinking it would be tastier, but it leaked through the gaps to the bottom, making cleanup a nightmare...

But, it was delicious.
