I stopped judging—not just out loud, but in my head too ⚖️
Having said that, I feel like it's gradually decreasing 😅
I'm acting a bit cool by saying I stopped it all in the title ✌️ 🤫
Hello, this is Rinrin.
It's cold, isn't it? 🥶❄️
I'm currently taking a break at McDonald's on my way home from my cleaning job at a family restaurant ☕️
Why do I judge unconsciously?
That is...
I'm sure it's...
[Because I have been judged]
I think it's possible that we end up doing what was done to us. Especially in childhood. Parents criticized us for this and that, thinking of our lives and our future. School education also did it for our own good, to make us 'good children'.
Yes, I think no one is to blame.
✨Thanks to that, my life was protected
and I am alive like this✨
But you know, things aren't all that bad, are they? 🤔
When I observed how I felt while judging myself or others, I noticed my shoulders were tense, my brow was furrowed, I was clenching my teeth, and somehow, I had become arrogant.
Once again, I realized there's nothing good in it for me.
I decided to stop, yes, I decided to stop.
If you decide, it will eventually happen.
I feel like it's starting to happen.
Thank you for reading
until the end 😊
