Self-Introduction
Hello, I am Junichi Suzaki.
Born on December 1, 1981, in the Year of the Rooster. My motto is “Let's do what we want to do someday, now.”.
—With these words in my heart, I have been crushed by a black company, wandered across the country living in hotels, and now I do seminar automation and AI utilization consulting. I have summarized my “rollercoaster” life in a story format. I would be happy if you could read it while having some tea.
1. Origin of my name and childhood
My father was obsessed with the character “Jun” from the drama “Kita no Kuni kara” (From the North) → He added his own “Ichi” to it to make “Junichi”.
My own interpretation is “Purest Heart” lol
I am the youngest child sandwiched between a father who went from being a banker to a salaryman and then a chauvinistic husband, a stability-seeking housewife mother, and two older sisters.
I am bad with hierarchical relationships, and whether in the rugby club or a tennis circle, I practiced flat communication while “ignoring the vertical society” entirely.
2. Job hunting and the prologue of my working life where I tasted heaven and hell
I boasted that “I will be an entrepreneur in the future!” but I failed every job interview.
My father told me to “narrow down what you want to do,” so I joined a consulting firm that claimed to produce entrepreneurs—that was the entrance to hell.
Sleeping bag always ready, all-nighters were the norm → Depression → Resignation.
The only funny story is that I didn't even use up one roll of toilet paper in a year.I experienced the reality that “the company wouldn't even flinch if I disappeared.”
3. “Normal is amazing” Re-employment at a venture company
I slipped into an NTT-affiliated communications venture as a second-year new graduate.
I was shocked by leaving at 6 PM, overtime pay, and paid leave—and I even received the President's Award.
However, I hit the wall of seniority-based promotion and changed jobs in search of a world where “ability = annual income.”
4. The heaven of meritocracy → The Lehman Shock hell
I went to a headhunting firm. Fueled by colleagues who were young and making tens of millions in annual income, I got fired up and hit my highest annual income ever.
But, the Lehman Shock caused the company to go bankrupt in one blow.
I became unemployed three months before my wedding and realized something while visiting the public employment office.
“If you work only for money, your heart gets left behind.”
5. Choosing what I “love” meant a pay cut, but maximum happiness
I went into the entertainment industry, which I had always loved. I worked as a distribution promoter for movies and anime.
My salary was lower than a new graduate's, but “someone laughing at a work I was involved in” → I was incredibly happy.
I engraved into my bones that “what you love is the strongest.”
6. Independence at 30 → Wandering & Savings melting away
I started my own business, thinking “I won't be employed anymore!”
Seminar filming, web production, manga production, matchmaking events… a wild dance of being a jack-of-all-trades.
My income didn't take off, I melted 2 million yen in FX trading, and I was on the verge of becoming a smartphone game addict.
Rediscovering Strengths
The ability to unearth others' potential (during my time as a consultant & headhunter)
A sense for making content look interesting (during my time in entertainment)
By multiplying these, I focus on the work of co-creating 'one-of-a-kind products' for individual entrepreneurs.
7. Counter-offensive and the 'Power of Products'
My first client was a coach earning 14,000 yen a month.
We packaged her experience and strengths into a high-ticket program → exceeded 1 million yen in monthly income in 3 months.
'Junichi-san, my life has changed!'
I was convinced by these words.
'Attractive, high-ticket products' are the passport to making customer acquisition and sales easier.
8. 2020–2024: The freedom gained from a traveling lifestyle
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when remote work became the norm,
'Then, let's travel while living across the country'
4 years of hotel living: at least 3 nights in every one of the 47 prefectures.
Hokkaido & Tohoku: spent 1 month each driving around.
Shikoku: 2 weeks riding around on a motorcycle.
3 Hokuriku prefectures: toured around on a motorcycle.
Okinawa: stayed for 3 weeks every 3 months.
Moved to Osaka at 41. A hybrid life of travel and community.
Consulting with one PC, local gourmet food at night, and scenic drives on holidays.
'It's okay to live like this too!' I understood this with my body over those 4 years.
9. Now: Seminar automation × AI tool utilization
'Creating a world where business owners and entrepreneurs can devote more time and resources to what they love and what is important'
By integrating tools like UTAGE, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, and Zoom, I automate the entire process from
lead generation → trust building → individual consultation → contract 24/7.My clients evolve from "selling instructors" into "time-managing business owners."
As a behind-the-scenes director, my job is to make people happy through systems.
10. My Three Core Values
Coexistence: Rather than winning or losing, I aim to elevate the entire industry through "strength x strength."
Freedom: Removing restrictions on time, place, people, and money to enjoy life with friends.
Do what you want to do someday, now: When you think of something, put it on your calendar immediately.
11. Conclusion
If you are feeling stuck and unable to move forward despite wanting to,
I want you to take "just a little" action at this very moment.
Once you put it on your schedule, the scenery will definitely change. I guarantee it.
Thank you for reading until the end!
If we meet somewhere, whether on a journey or at a webinar, please say hello.
