Common traits that make life interesting, discovered through interviewing 7 working moms

The project 'Monthly Chiritsumo,' where I create a monthly magazine through paid notes that I started in January of this year.

The main feature of this project is, without a doubt, the interviews.

In today's note, I would like to write about the common traits that make life interesting, which I discovered after interviewing seven working moms.

Common trait 1: Immediate action

The one thing that can be cited as a common trait among all seven is immediate action.

They are hungry to try things they want to do, and they are incredibly quick on their feet.

They also have the openness to put advice from others, such as 'Why don't you try this?', into action.

When you take action, the next course of action naturally becomes clear, doesn't it?

Common trait 2: Having a personal core

They have a solid, unwavering personal core, with a clear sense of what they value and the beliefs they hold.

I felt their strength in being able to choose their own way of living, how they spend their time, and how they spend their money without being swayed by others.

Being able to think 'I am me, and others are others' makes both work and child-rearing much easier.

Common trait 3: Having goals

All seven of them have a future they want to realize, and they are all people who work hard every day toward that end.

I received power and inspiration from everyone, realizing how much more interesting and fulfilling every day can be when you have a goal.

Not a single one of them was exhausted from working recklessly; even while raising children and working, they were excitedly absorbed in doing what they wanted to do.

Introducing 7 charming working moms

January issue: Tenchoko-san

Everyone loves Tenchoko-san. Her bright and energetic personality shines through in both her illustrations and her writing.

February issue: Pan no Omimi-san

Pan no Omimi-san, who has over 10 years of experience in the bakery business. Her level of activity and sense of speed are incredible.

March Issue. My own mother

For the March issue, I interviewed my mother. Surprisingly, the March issue is quite popular...!!

April Issue. Amanatsu-san

The powerful Amanatsu-san, who managed to obtain her FP Level 1 certification while raising children. It seems there are common tips for goal management and life planning.

May Issue. Mariko Watanabe-san

Mariko Watanabe-san, who works as an interview writer and runs a training course for interview writers. Her strong conviction to see things through once she decides, and her level of activity, are simply amazing.

June Issue. Matsuda-san

Matsuda-san, who is building a career that is true to herself even as a single mother. Her attitude of sparing no effort is just so cool...!

[Next Issue] July Issue. Yuko-san

For the next issue, the July issue, I interviewed Yuko-san. Yuko-san, who earns 100,000 yen a month working from home despite having no prior experience, is a mother of four and is currently caring for twins at home.

I asked her everything from how to grow your own business to working from home while raising children!
