[Minecraft Let's Play] Survival Life Part 4 (Relaxed House Building and Fishing Day)
Hi everyone, I'm Nick, and I usually introduce 'positive quotes from all over the world.' In this article, I'm promoting the latest video from my elementary school daughter, who has made her Minecraft Let's Play debut.
The theme this time is 'Relaxed building, leisurely fishing'.
Daughter (Hazumii): Star
Wife (Mama-Enaga): Travel companion / Video editor
Me: Building lead / Promoting on note
Since the last episode was an adventure exploring deep caves, this time we're spending time relaxing at our base.
We're expanding the building we sleep in to add a separate room, and we're also building a fishing pond to enjoy some fishing there.
That said, getting blown up by Creepers or having enemy mobs invade our base... that's the real thrill of Minecraft, where things never go quite as planned.

.
Hazumii is using one of the buildings in the village as her base. Since it's a village facing the sea, the view is great.

The original house she's using as a base is just one room, so the bed, chests, furnace, and crafting table are all crammed into that single space. It's too small, so we're going to expand it.

We're expanding to the right of the original building. Hazumii handles this kind of building quickly. I think she's grown quite a bit since she first played Minecraft a year ago.

We're also building the roof steadily.

I thought I was doing a good thing by making windows out of fences, but I got corrected. Lol

Since it's flat land, Creepers keep coming in... it's terrifying.

Uninvited guests show up too, so building is never straightforward.

Expansion complete! I also added a chimney to the original building, just because.

Now that the base expansion has settled down, I'm going to enjoy some activities you can do in the village.

There's a nice pond in the space in front of the house with fireflies flying around. But since the sea is right behind the house, maybe I should fill in this pond if I want to build farms or ranches to develop the base...?
After that, I did some fishing in the fishing pond I built behind the house...

I also enjoyed the fireflies at night.

The spawn-proofing is still not quite enough, so enemy mobs spawn as soon as I step out of the village. Expanding the spawn-proof area to grow my territory is one of the best parts of Minecraft, isn't it?

And so, this episode was all about enjoying village life.
Both Hazumi and I prefer building and developing our base over adventuring, so we were able to relax and enjoy it. Of course, adventuring is fun too, though.

The next video will likely continue to be about developing the village. (There are no trees growing around the village, so I want to build a tree farm.)
However, it will also likely be a video with adventure elements, like going on a trip far from the village to look for rare animals.
