N-san is truly wealthy and treats me very kindly.

I learned a lot from how they communicate with the chef.

The top image, is that a savory bread like a chiffon cake?? With smoked cream on it! It's incredible.

The pairing was also superb, and I enjoyed it deliciously without ever getting bored.

Balance is important, isn't it.

The 1-star French restaurant I went to the other day had excellent service, but it was too heavy, and I couldn't enjoy it until the end.

It's a novel design, one of a kind!

I heard they use large, medium, and small plates meant for afternoon tea.
