December Heart🪅 | 2025

December has arrived.
My heart hasn't quite caught up yet, but
there is only one month left this year, isn't there.

Getting my heart into the December mood...
That's the feeling.

Just like in November, in December too,
I will schedule things to look forward to.
I want to start cleaning little by little, and
I also want to take a slow look back at this past year.

One way or another, it looks like it will be a busy one...

I want to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere too.
I'd like to go see a beautiful tree, too♪

Enjoying things,
feeling myself enjoying things like this,
and feeling happy again♪

Right now, I'm sure I have a very good balance
between work, play, learning, and rest.

I like finding balance.
I remembered that I used to love and be good at balance games,
and I chuckled.
(That's right, haha)

When things are out of balance,
you feel uncomfortable, don't you.
And then, stress.

I'm going to take methods to avoid building up stress.
Balance is important.

I used to bottle up so much stress,
but now it's a huge difference.

I just didn't know how to find balance on my own.
I just kept forcing myself to suppress it
without knowing any better.
I can clearly see that difference now.

I'm glad I studied psychology academically,
and because I reached a point where I couldn't move,
I was able to face it with professional support,
and above all, I think experience taught me.

My current job is the job I wanted to have,
and the amount of work and the amount of rest are just right.
The family, friends, and various other people around me
are all warm,
and truly, everything is well-balanced.

I'm glad I changed jobs.

I want to take my time looking back on this year,
and look inward at myself.
