Kind
Let's be kind
Let's become kind
I hear it often
And I use it often myself
Of course, it is important
And passing that on
I think is also important
However...
Inside me
There is something fuzzy
That I feel just a little bit
****
Let's be kind
Let's become kind
Who is this directed at?
Yourself?
The other person?
Both?
Everyone?
Let's become kind
Let's be kind
These words
If you look at it from a slightly different perspective
The way things should be
The message being requested
It could also be interpreted as...
Let's try to be kind!
Light
Peer pressure of kindness...
I wouldn't go that far, but
Trying too hard to be kind
Pushing yourself to be kind
Wearing armor made of kindness
Are you ending up acting that way?
I sometimes get a little worried...
It is
a good deed, a good person,
being expected to be the way one should be,
and as if
fitting oneself into that mold...
And, without realizing it,
the purpose shifts
to satisfying that person's need for approval...
The more one does it,
the more one finds it impossible
to accept those who do not...
Rather,
it is becoming unkind...
That is how I sometimes feel.
A kind person
Let's be kind
Let's be a good person
Do good things
Bound by those words
Because I impose them on myself
What is a good person?
What is a kind person?
To me
Doing the obvious things
In an obvious way
Is all I can think it means
And
you don't have to be a good person all the time,
or a kind person all the time...
it's not necessary...
when it is necessary,
being able to do what is necessary
that is what I think.
***
In the relationship with yourself,
someone might not be kind to you.
Is a certain person an unkind person?
However,
among those around that certain person,
I think there are also people whom that person treats kindly.
Is a certain person a kind person?
Is a person who is not kind to you
truly an unkind person?
I think they are kind somewhere.
They just didn't get along well with you.
Each person possesses
a balance of functions that has simply gone off.
That might continue for a long time, but
at some point,
it might change again.
For each person, the direction and scope of their kindness differ.
It may depend on their role or position,
the tolerance they possess,
or the capabilities they have.
It also varies depending on their state at the time.
The kindness I possess and
the kindness the other person possesses
differ in both quantity and quality.
The kindness we should offer is
to acknowledge the dignity of the other person.
Whether they accept it by saying yes,
or decline it by saying no,
that person has the right to choose and assert that.
And, in the same way,
you have that same right yourself!
It is to acknowledge your own dignity!
Things that are different from us
are difficult to accept
our hearts are shaken
and we feel bewildered
feeling that our own safety is threatened
each of us
is acting to protect ourselves
at that time
denying,
excluding,
or shutting ourselves away in a shell
That it is becoming easier
to erase one's existence
in this world, I feel.
Individual respect and diversity are talked about, but
communities can become totalitarian
and I see and hear things that are exclusionary.
When I feel such things,
I feel sad...
However,
people are basically all
kind
wanting to be good people
wanting to be liked by others
I think
there is no one who is not kind
it is just that the direction of their kindness is a little different
and that applies to me as well
because the kindness I imagine
and the kindness the other person imagines are a little different
we are just confused
accepting things that are different from oneself
this is very difficult
that is precisely why
being able to accept things that are different
is truly wonderful
and is a very kind thing to do
A tolerant heart✨
I think that is true kindness
Let's be kind
Let's become kind
Those words are
Of course good
However
A little more specifically!
Let's have a tolerant heart!
Let's acknowledge the other person's dignity!
Let's imagine the other person's background!
Let's open the eyes of our hearts!
Unless the person themselves realizes it
and unless the person themselves tries to change,
there are things that cannot change.
To accept that person's way of being
just as it is
is to accept them.
What I can do is,
to notice the state of myself and the other person at that moment,
and simply to re-evaluate myself and take action.
~Reflecting on my thoughts~
The kindness I think of is "tolerance"
By forgiving and being forgiven, tension eases, and the heart is unraveled
Warm kindness dwells in the heart
I have always wanted to write an article about this someday...
I am grateful to have been able to write down my thoughts✨
I also talk about communication in this article.
