Sumin's Living---A notebook for a life that stays close to yourself
Nice to meet you!
Hello, and welcome to Sumin's Living!
My name is Sumin.
In this blog, I will be sharing, little by little, the sense of "getting things in order" that I cherish in my daily life.
I studied ways to re-examine the balance of the mind and body at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in the United States.
Diet, body, mind, relationships, environment...
It is a study that provides hints for holistically grasping and organizing all the important elements of life.
I will write more about that in future articles.
For now, I am putting this philosophy into practice every day through my life in my 50s and caring for my parents.
We tend to put "ourselves" on the back burner.
However, turning our attention to ourselves and taking time to"stay close to ourselves"will energize our minds and bodies.
Eating.
Sleeping.
Talking.
Taking a breath.
In our busy daily lives, these small things, which seem so obvious yet are easy to forget,
are what I believe becomehints for balancing the mind and body.
In this space, I, in my 50s, would like to slowly write about what I feel every day, tips for living, food and health, and holistic health.
I would be happy if you could find small realizations or a little bit of peace in the midst of ordinary daily life.
I am still feeling my way through this, but I will write a little at a time.
Thank you for your support.

For me, this is a symbol of "time to get things in order" 💖
