10 Months After Buying an iPad mini: I Realized I'd Become an iPad mini Junkie

It started last September.

I bought a MacBook Air M4.

"This is enough."

I thought that was the case, but the next thing I wanted was an iPad mini 7.

I agonized over it for a while, but I couldn't beat my desires.

In the end, I gave in to my desire and clicked 'buy' on an iPad mini 7 just two weeks after purchasing my MacBook Air.

Of course, at the time, I never imagined I would become an "iPad mini junkie."

First, I didn't just buy the iPad mini 7 itself.

I bought a carrying bag, a case, and an aluminum stand.

With this, my "mobile cafe set" was complete.

Like a child with a new toy, I headed to my first cafe, feeling excited.

And my first "iPad mini × cafe" experience.

……It was beyond my imagination.

Reading on Kindle while drinking coffee.

Watching YouTube for a change of pace.

Organizing ideas that come to mind directly into a note article.

This size is just perfect.

"This is the best."

That's what I thought.

And it didn't take long for this comfort to become a habit.

iPad mini + cafe

This combination is dangerous.

I can't stop now. I can't quit.

It's more addictive than Kappa Ebisen.

Before I bought the iPad mini 7, I wasn't much of a reader.

However, now, reading on Kindle has become a daily habit.

Whether I go to a cafe or not, I always pick up my iPad mini at least once and open a book.

Furthermore, on note, I've been able to read articles by various people and encounter new ways of thinking and values.

By buying the iPad mini 7, the time I spend reading books has increased, the time I spend writing has increased, and my world has expanded to places I didn't know existed.

I never thought such changes would happen to me.

Now, I can't imagine a life without an iPad mini.

Before I knew it, I had completely become an "iPad mini junkie."

But I don't think I'm the only one.

"I'm glad I bought an iPad mini."

The people who say that are just the ones who haven't realized it yet.

They start reading, carry it to cafes, and open their iPad mini whenever they have a spare moment.

That condition is quite advanced.
