If you're going to do it, make it a fun habit!
Celebrate!
🎉Day 3 of running🎉
For now, this means I've earned the right to say I've at least
avoided the 'three-day quitter' trap (lol).
Jokes aside,
my mind feels sharper,
and I feel like writing my notes and newsletters
has become smoother too ^^
It's the energy source for doing my best tomorrow too!
Now, regarding that running,
I was debating what to do,
but I decided to keep the running course consistent.
Running on different courses might let you enjoy various scenery,
and you might not get bored.
However,
deciding whether to go right or left,
or choosing a course,
requires at least some willpower.
In the early stages of building a habit,
little things like this can be fatal.
I paid attention to creating an environment
where I can run as mindlessly as possible.
It's like this, so let's try this.
I wonder what would happen if I tried it this way.
Coming up with your own little tweaks is fun, isn't it?
At the end of the day,
whether it's running or anything else,
it's important to have your own style
when it comes to habits.
By the way...
I think figuring out how to make running a good experience
is also a form of creation.
Even without publishing or outputting anything,
commuting, cooking, or doing laundry
can all be creative activities.
For example, back when I was a company employee,
I used to enjoy making my commute time useful
as if it were a game.
I would sit and study by reading books,
or look at train advertisements and think about how
I could apply them to my own work.
Since I was a gung-ho businessman,
I'd wonder what would happen if I wrote down goals or a to-do list,
or try visualizing my ideal self today.
Come to think of it, I did all sorts of things~ (distant look)
So,
I am in the process of rebuilding my habits,
starting with running.
I'm sure good effects will emerge,
like starting the day with a natural sense of excitement.
While writing this note,
I've started to feel an urge to
hurry up and get to tomorrow so I can run! (lol)
Why don't you try reviewing your own habits too? ^^
P.S....
The special video seminar in tomorrow's paid Mag2 newsletter
is about
"Energy Management."
I'll be talking about that.
This concept
is based on a story I heard
from a friend who went on a study tour to Northern Europe,
which is considered to have a high level of society.
Preventing energy depletion
and maintaining energy at a high level
Once you can do this,
you'll be able to do what you want
without worrying about anything,
and
you'll be able to protect yourself
from people who treat you unfairly,
so I think you'll see various benefits.
It's an important way of thinking
to survive in today's difficult society.
Let's take some time together
to think about how to increase your energy!
